#017-A(E): The cops tell Eden they can't list Cruz as missing for 24 hours.Another cop comes in with Cruz's wedding band. Eden wakes up and sees someone sleeping on the couch, she thinks it's Cruz, but when she calls out,Ted gets up.He didn't want to wake her when he came in. Cruz is in a cabin with the guy that found him. When he comments that he is alive, the guy says when you find out where you are,you'll wish you weren't. the cops tell Eden they still haven't found anything. Cruz tries to remember how he got there and who he is. Eden calls a friend that is a tv reporter and does a report on Cruz missing. The guy warns Cruz to find a way off this island before Dr. Willoby, the owner finds him. Later Cruz meets with the head hunter. He then awakens handcuffed to a bed with a young girl watching him. When Willoby comes in Cruz asks him questions about where he is and why. He has dreams of Eden, but still can't remember who she is. He tries to find a way out but is unable to. He sees the girl again. Her name is Sylivia and she is the doctors' daughter.Cruz becomes friends with her and learns what he is in store for. Oscar, the guy who found him tell Cruz the doc has decided to call him Joe. He thinks he is a drug runner who's boat washed up, since nobody is looking for him. When Cruz tries to over power him, he is shot, but it's only a flesh wound. While he is asleep he calls out Eden's name and that he is here. He wakes up handcuffed again after his wound has been tended to. Cruz keeps seeing and hearing images of Eden. The coast guard tells Eden of the pieces of the boat that they found and about an uncharted island owned by Dr. Willoby, but he never lets them on there. Eden goes out on CC's boat with Tori. She tells her to head back and if she doesn't hear from her in 24 hours to call the police. Eden swims to the island and finds Oscar, who has been shot. He warns her of the danger she and Cruz are in, before he dies Eden finally finds Cruz,but he doesn't remember her. She tells him his name and tries to jog his memory. Eden is later caught and makes up a story about getting lost swimming. She later is caught talking with Cruz and then they are both handcuffed to chairs facing each other. The doctor lets them go to hunt them down. Cruz is starting to get his memory back. As they are running,Eden falls and hurts her ankle. Cruz picks her up and they head to Oscars' cabin. From there they find the cave he told Eden about. Eden helps Cruz remember who he is, and he finally remembers thanks to her.They are caught again by the head hunting doc, but his daughter stops him. Cruz and Eden are then rescued by CC and the coast guard. Once they are home, Keith comes by and still insists that Mason killed Mark, and he is going to get him.Cruz remembers the night he was knocked out he saw a medallion from a church. Gina has a deal for the Capwells: if they attend her and Keith's wedding,she and him will never be heard from again. Eden sees Victoria at Johnnies with Chip. She tells Eden she is going back to Los Angeles to work on a film. Eden tells Cruz and he is concerned about Chip with that kind of lifestyle.Eden sees Scott about getting pregnant and if she can be tested to see if there is a problem. He agrees to run some test,and later tells her of a specialist in LA .She makes an appointment to see him and asks Sophia to go with her,and not to tell Cruz. Eden lies to Cruz and says she has to go to LA for a few days for business for CC.He wants to go with her, but she convinces him she'll be too busy to spend time with him. Cruz gets a feeling she's hiding something from him.

#018(E): Eden arrives at the hospital with Sophia. After being put through a battery of test, the doctor discovers something that may explain why Eden hasn't become pregnant yet. After Victoria is in a car accident,Cruz takes Chip home with him. Julia tries to warn him not to get attached, but it's too late. Eden comes home and Cruz fills her in about Tori's accident and that Chip will be staying with them for awhile. Cruz finds Eden sitting on the beach and knows something is bothering her, but he tells her he can't turn his back on Chip. Later, back at the beach house, she goes to tell him about her trip, when the doctor calls and tells Eden her chances of conceiving are very slim. After that, she changes her mind about telling Cruz about her trip. Victoria's mother comes to pick up Chip,but Cruz refuses to let her take him. Julia comes and tells Cruz and Eden about the fire at the church and how Mason was there about Mark McCormick, and now she can't find him. Cruz checks it out and they have found a body, but they are not sure if it is Mason. It later appears Mason was killed in the fire, and the family is having a hard time dealing with his loss. They hold a memorial for him, as Julia screams he's not dead. Cruz talks with Father Michael and some of the nuns about Mason's time at the church. Cruz senses a distance between him and Eden and asks if they are alright. She doesn't tell him what the doctor has told her. There is a knock on the door and a airline ticket to Paris with her name is left. He wants to know why she is going away. He thinks she is running from Chip, and he tells her not to go. He goes to see CC and tells him he needs his wife to stay home, but CC says Eden is the only one that can handle this matter. When he gets back home, they make love before she leaves. He senses something is wrong, but he can't get Eden to open up to him. Cruz 's mother comes and he introduces her to her grandson. She later tells Cruz she lost the house, due to a bad investment Ric got her into. Eden is in Paris and meets with the doctor. He is optimistic the operation will help Eden to have a baby. Cruz goes to see Tori at the hospital and reassures her Chip is doing well. Cruz investigates Kelly being poisoned at the beach party. CC tries to convince Cruz not to mention this to Eden, but he says when she calls he is going to tell her. Eden imagines what it will be like to be pregnant. Tori is released from the hospital and comes to pick up Chip. Eden calls Cruz and he tells her about Tori taking Chip. He wants to go there to be with her, but she says it would be worst since she is on the run. Cruz goes to see CC and Sophia about what is going on with Eden. Sophia tells him Eden swore them to secrecy and they can't tell him. Cruz then goes to see Kelly,and she finally tells him what's going on with Eden. He then hops on a plane to go to Paris and see her.

#019(E): Cruz arrives before Eden has the surgery. Thay talk and settle their differences. When Eden returns after the surgery, Cruz's mother is at the beach house and she and Eden have a "flashing" encounter. Cruz sets up an appointment to see a house that Eden has always wanted. The realtor Rhonda, has taken a liken to Cruz, but he pulls away when she goes to kiss him. Cruz runs into Eden at CC's and takes her to see her "surprise" -the new house. They decide to try out the hot tub before they buy it. Cruz and Eden sign the papers for their new house and they give Carmen the beach house,since she lost her house. Victoria is in the hospital again, and Cruz wants Chip to be with him, but she insists he stay with Major Hamilton. Eden tells Cruz she'll join him in filing for joint custody. Cruz is depressed that he can't have Chip with them and he is sitting in the shower,when Eden joins him and tries to comfort him. Cruz decides that since Tori is back on drugs, he needs to get Chip to be able to live with them. He goes to Major Hamilton's place and it has been trashed. Cruz then finds Chip in a closet. The major comes in and Cruz takes Chip with him. When he gets home, he doesn't want Eden to feel like having Chip there is a burden, but she insists he needs to let her do things for Chip so she can learn to love him. Eden starts to bond with Chip, which makes Cruz feel like they are a real family. Eden does an interview with tv reporter Lydia Sanders. Cruz and Eden share a sentimental farewell at the beach house. They arrive at their new house, when their first guest is Lydia. Seems she and Cruz knew each other from a story she did years ago on the INID( the agency Cruz worked for as a spy).Later, while in the hot tub,Eden asks Cruz about Lydia. He tells her he doesn't like or trust Lydia and warns Eden not to either. Cruz tells Eden he has learned the real story Lydia is working on is the unemployment and that CC is the major cause of it. Eden confronts her about this and she takes her to see some of the people who are affected. Eden decides she needs to help,even if it means going against CC. Everyone attends Gina and Keith's wacky wedding, as a favor to Brandon. Eden is with Lydia at one of CC's companies when he has them arrested for tresspassing. While in jail,Eden learns a little more about Lydia and her work. Cruz is on a stakeout with Cain,and he is not happy with his job,like he used to be when he was a cop. Eden has a passion on the issue of the unemployment rate,but she tells Cruz all Lydia cares about is ratings and she's not sure what she can do. Cruz tells her to tell the story herself, and she gets an idea- the father of someone she went to school with owns a tv station,KSB. After meeting with the station manager with a reporter,Rupert Alverez, who Cruz knows, they are given the story to work on together. Cruz decides to file for joint custody of Chip. Cruz and Father Michael go to search for Julia who is being held by a deranged nun, sister Agatha. Eden falls asleep reading a spy novel and has a "Cruz Bond" dream. Cruz and Father Michael get Julia away from Sister Agatha.The sister tells Father Michael after the explosion she saw Mason running away and he is not dead. Cruz thinks of becoming a cop again. Cruz tells Eden,Ted,and Kelly about Mason when Julia comes in and insists on looking for Mason. They all agree to keep quite on this so Keith doesn't learn. Julia and Cruz get a lead on Mason in a small town, but Keith has them thrown in jail. Tori checks out of rehab and tells Eden she is coming back in the morning for her son. When Cruz gets back she tells him about Tori's visit. Cruz has a meeting with Tori at the Orient Express where they talk about her leaving rehab and Chip. She starts to freak out and he tells her to calm down. She insists Cruz has no right to keep her son. Cruz goes home and calls his lawyer and tells him to do what he has to. Tori comes to the door and demands that Cruz gives her the baby,and he says she can't have him as she screams at him.

#020(E): Cruz learns from his lawyer the custody hearing has been moved up. Cruz tells Eden he wants to send Chip away, and she tries to tell him he can't do that cause that would be kidnapping. Cruz tries to get Scott to testify about Tori's condition, but he won't do it. Eden shows Cruz some cases she researched for him about natural fathers custody fights. Cruz comes back and tells Eden he almost took off with Chip. They are at the courthouse when he calls his mother and she tells him Chip is gone. Major Hamilton brings Cruz a note Tori left at his place for Cruz. Cruz goes to CC's and Eden tells him what is happening and he offers to help. Cruz and Eden go home and find Tori there with Chip. She says she was wrong to take off with him and asks them to take him. Cruz comes back from New Mexico after following a lead on Mason. He is at his office with Cain when they encounter a street kid named Amado in the office. He claims he is there to look for a job, and Cruz has a soft spot for the kid and gives him a job as a errand boy. CC wants Eden to handle the opening of the Country club and work for him, but she tells him she wants to try her hand at doing the news. He offers to call in some favors, but she wants to do this on her own. Cruz shows Cain what he brought home for Eden, sterling silver earrings, and the kid, Amado is watching them. When Cruz is looking he swipes them. Cruz goes home and goes to get Eden's gift and realizes they are gone. He heads back to the office, and Cain tells him he didn't trust that kid, but Cruz is determined to find that kid and the earrings. He finally finds him at a pawn shop and chases him out the door.While he is doing that, Eden gets the owner to sell her the info about where the kid hangs out at. After Cruz agrees to her terms, they head to the hangout, where Cruz is stabbed by one of the hoods there. After getting his arm taken care of at the clinic, Cruz takes Amado home for a meal. After eating he allows Eden to tag along with him to do a story about these street kids.Cruz warns him to watch her and he tells Eden to be careful as well.�

#027-1(F): Michael prepares the church for Adriana's memorial as Julia brings some flowers. Kelly, Sophia, CC and Ted all somberly get ready. Cruz's mother comes over to go with them. Eden sits in the nursery and places a single white rose in the craddle. She then talks to the baby and says she'll make her a promise-she will always carry her around with her,but please don't forget me my baby. Gina reminds Sonny that Eden is Mason's sister,and not to use Cruz and Eden's heartache. Gina then has a daydream with Dr. Joyce Brothers in it analyzing her and Bunny is also in it as Sally. Scott and Heather go to the memorial, not sure what to say to Cruz and Eden. Celeste is there and Cruz asks her to stay. Michael gives a moving sermon. Eden gets up to talk about Adriana, but she can't continue and leaves as Cruz goes after her. When Sonny returns Gina tells him she will marry him. Eden and Cruz talk about how quite it is in the house. Cruz comments how they seem to be feeling different things and that is new for them, since they have always been like one mind and one heart. Cruz's mother misunderstands the message on her machine and brings Chip home. Eden says it's time for him to come home. The nanny picks up Adriana and hands her to a woman who holds her.

#027(F): Gina and Sonny talk about their upcoming marriage. He says as soon as they get married, Mason will never be back. Bunny's uncle has hired a hit man, who is watching Sonny with a riffle,trying to shot him. Eden watches Cruz sleep on the couch and covers him up. He has a dream of the cave where Adriana was born and hears Zack saying he lied,and his baby is alive. Cruz then wakes up. Scott and Heather are talking at the hospital about her friendship with Zack. She feels bad not knowing how sick he was. Scott tries to tell her she is still a good doctor. Cruz and Eden talk about how they are handling their loss. Cruz tells Eden he had a dream about Adriana,but he doesn't tell her all of it. Brandon prepares for his date with Anicea. Scott goes to see Chelsea who is in the hospital. Eden and Cruz go to CC's and he says he needs to take off for a bit and she tells him she understands. Cruz arranges to go back to the cave. Mason tells CC he is going to marry Gina. He sees Eden and apologizes for not being there when she needed him. When she says she doesn't want to lose him, Mason comes back and they share a tender moment. The bungling hitman tries to shot Sonny again when he goes back to Gina's. CC tells Eden she and Cruz should go away, maybe to Paris. Cruz is in the cave and he talks to Adriana about his dream and how he feels close to her there. He then looks in the pool of water and sees her there and he is dumbfounded.

#027(F): Julia talks to the State's attorney about the oil rig case, and he warns her if she was involved she will get charged with conspiracy. CC talks to Eden about Cruz being gone all night. She says he has to deal with Adriana's death his own way. She considers his offer to go to Paris. Cruz hears Adriana crying as he sits in the cave. He sees her in the water again, and when he reaches in, he pulls out a rock with her birthmark on it. Scott and Heather work on the plans for their new house when she encourages him to go to his high school reunion on valentines' day. Celeste calls about the reunion to acknowledge she is accepting and she gets crossed on the line with Scott. Michael wants to help Julia find who stole the evidence and clear her name but she tells him to stay out of it. Cruz doesn't know what to make out of what is going on. Bunny begs his uncle to call off the hit man,but he refuses. Cruz tells Michael what he seen and shows him the stone, but he has no answers for him. Cruz comes back and Eden tells him she knew he was in the cave. He tries to tell Eden he saw Adriana, but she thinks it's a feeling. She then tells him about wanting to go to Paris with him. He tells her she should go and he'll catch up with her, he has to do something there. Eden gets ready to leave and Cruz takes her to the airport. Once they get there they share a tender good -bye.

#027(F): An old classmate of Scott's goes to the clinic to see him about the reunion. Celeste comes in and he thinks they are married. Augusta reads Sonny and Gina's wedding announcement. Sonny gets mad that Gina superimposed his face on Keith's body for the picture. The bungling hit man watches Sonny still. Cruz reads a book about dreams and perceptions and tries to make sense out of what he has seen.His mother birngs Chip by and asks about the book and why he is not with Eden. Scott introduces Roger to Heather, his fiancee. Julia is upset that Mason/Sonny plans to marry Gina. Cruz goes to see CC and he tells him and Sophia about his idea for a memorial to Adriana,in which he would add a wing to the children's hospital. Cruz thinks it is a nice gesture, but too soon. He then goes to see Heather about his dreams and visions. She tells him of a friend of hers, Dr. Sean Morrisey,that is doing work on that topic and she calls him for Cruz to meet. The hit man follows Sonny to the bar, goes outside to the back, but can't figure out how to use the new gun. Dr. Morrisey tells Cruz he can run some test on him to determine if he has psychic ability. Cruz is then hooked up to some machines that will monitor his sleeping. As he sleeps, a woman goes in the room and looks at Cruz.

#027-2(F): Sonny is tied up when Bunny comes in. Sonny threatens him about leaving him there. They then argue about what he really wants-Gina. Scott and Celeste think of their prom when they were King and Queen. Dr. Morrisey monitors Cruz as he has the same dream. Cruz asks about the test, and says he is not crazy,and that his daughter is trying to lead him to her. Celeste asks Michael to be her date for the reunion. Julia goes to see Heather about what could cause a multiple personality. Dr. Morrisey doesn't discredit Cruz's dreams, but tells him he can't help him. The strange woman continues to watch Cruz. Cruz tells Michael he is going to Paris to join Eden. Sonny sees Mason and they argue about people who know Mason, know he wouldn't marry Gina. Cruz is at the airport saying good-bye to his mother and Chip. Scott and Celeste are asked to recreate the crowning of the king and queen. Brandon follows Bunny to where Sonny is, but he changes his mind about untying him and leaves him there. While Cruz is waiting for his flight, a woman calls him and tells him she has seen his daughter.

#027(F): Scott and Celeste have their pictures taken with their crowns on and Heather is not pleased with the lack of attention she has been receiving. Michael cuts in on their dance so Scott can go be with Heather. Sonny tells Brandon to untie him, but instead he runs out. Cruz asks the woman what she means and she says she has seen his daughter in her visions. Bunny sees the flowers Gina got and there is a bomb in them, compliments of the hit man. The woman tells Cruz her name is Sandra Mills and she claims to have seen Adriana in her visions. She tells him this isn't a joke and tells him about the stone in his pocket with her birthmark. Cruz then starts to believe her. Gina doesn't believe Brandon's story until he finally tells her about seeing Sonny. Julia tries to explain to CC, Sophia and Ted about Mason's split personality named Sonny Sprocket. Gina tells Bunny to untie Sonny and to move out of her house at once. CC doesn't buy it, but Ted thinks it could be possible. Cruz questions Sandra about the vision she seen and she tells him she is part of Dr. Morrisey's research group, and she felt herself drawn to Cruz. She goes on to say sometimes she can feel what a person is feeling. He asks her if the baby is alive and she says she doesn't know.She tells him she will do everything she can to help him, but she needs his total corporation. She then holds the stone and tells him to tell her everything he felt in the cave. She tells Cruz he needs to be open to her or it won't work. He later calls the station and asks for a background check on Sandra. He needs to know if she is real.

#027(F): Sonny talks to Ted about his upcoming wedding. He goes back and talks to Gina and she says she is not sure Michael will marry them. Julia has a "womanly" talk with Samantha about boys and how are they going to get Mason out of this. Cruz sits with Sandra at the house,as she tries to conjurer up some feelings. Cruz then gives her Adriana's hospital gown,and when she holds it she gets an image of how the blood got there. Scott wakes up Heather,who has a hang over. Michael goes to see Celeste and she tells him she's quitting her job with Scott. Sandra tells Cruz where Adriana was,saying she was there and was seeing things through the woman's eyes. She was cutting her finger nails and the baby moved fast and got cut. Cruz is skeptical since this is public record with the woman and the house. She knows he has checked on her, and she agrees to stay and help. Cruz says he has to know, even if it means he has to mourn again. Sandra is afraid of hurting him by not knowing what she will see. Scott comes in the clinic and Celeste tells him she is quitting. After talking he convinces her to stay. Sonny's bachelor party is a flop, due to Wanda filling in and doing her "42 Street" dance routine, instead of a strip tease. Ted creates a diversion, and Julia grabs Sonny and drags him outside and smacks him. She tries to get Mason to come back,and she mentions Samantha and he does come back, but Gina comes and tells her to leave him alone and accidentally pushes him against the wall. They both wonder who will emerge. Cruz and Sandra watch the videotape of Adriana,when she starts to speak with a french accent and says Katerine. She tells Cruz she was the nanny talking to Adriana and she told Adriana her name was Katerine. Cruz smiles now that he has a name to go on.

#027-3(F): Sandra is with Cruz in the alley they found the dead baby. She says a baby died there, but it wasn't Adriana. He asks if she is alive,but she doesn't know, but wants to leave that place, then faints. Bunny is watching as the minister marries Gina and Sonny. He spots the gunman and tries to stop him, but it's too late and Mason is shot. Bunny catches the gun man and recognizes him as a paid hitman named DeFranco. Julia is tending to Mason when Gina tells her to move,she is his wife. Cruz blasts Ramon for making fun of Sandra. She wakes up and wants to finish what she came there for. She's sure the baby wasn't Adriana though. She asks to go to the house in the desert. When Bunny refuses to let DeFranco go he shoots at him. Ted comes in and tries to stop him, but Bunny says he can id him, but later says he never saw him before. Gina orders everyone out, but CC pulls her away and Mason whispers in Julia's ear and she says she loves him too. Cruz takes Sandra to the cabin,but she doesn't feel anything ,yet. Gina asks Bunny how he knew to push Sonny out of the way and she starts to suspect him.He swears he didn't set Sonny up for a hit. Sandra comes running out of the shower after another vision involving Katerine. Mason is brought back from surgery. Julia sneaks in to see Mason and Gina yells at her to leave as his machine alarms go off.

#027(F): Cruz is with Sandra as she has a dream that she is Katerine, but this time she saw her face. Celeste goes to see her father about the letter Scott wrote her in high school that she never got. Bunny tries to comfort Gina, but she says she is a married woman. DeFranco goes to Mason's room with an iv, pretending to be a patient. A cop stops him before he can get in there. Mason has an out of body experience where he is in heaven with Mary. He wants to touch her, but she says no, she is an angel. She says their love was timeless and she tells him to look in her eyes, and he says he feels relieve and says it's heaven and ask to stay. Celeste father insisits he did what was right for her at the time. He also knows about her as Crystal. Julia asks Michael why he told the bishop about them, and he says he needed to be honest. He tells her he doesn't regret that night, and maybe he wasn't meant to be a priest. Mason wants to stay in heaven with Mary. She tells him she has been with him all the time,she's his guardian angel, a role she asked for. He tells her he never stopped loving her, he just put it aside. Cruz tells Sandra he'll arrange for the police sketch artist to draw a sketch of Katerine. Mary tells Mason he has Julia and Samantha, and he can make her happy if he wants to try. Celeste goes to the clinic and starts to read Scott's letters out loud, thinking she is alone. Scott comes in and starts to recite one letter in particular. Mary tells Mason she will always be with him. He tells Mary he loves her and she says good luck and he goes back in his body. Julia calls for the doctor when she sees him awaking. Scott and Celeste talk about how everything changed. Celeste has an idea for a family for Chelsea, the little girl at the orphanage. Brandon runs away after leaving a note for Gina. He ends up at Anieca's house, and they share a first kiss under the moonlight. Cruz calls Eden and tells her how much he misses her and he needs to work on a few more things there. Bunny stops De Franco as the cops take him away he cures in Italian at Bunny. Mason wakes up and Julia asks if it's just him and he says yes.

#027(F): Michael tells Heather about Scott and Celeste finding Chelsea a family. After Sandra looks through the mug shoot book for Katerine's picture, Cruz says he arranged for the sketch artist to meet with her. Julia goes to see Mason and he wants to go home. Gina walks in on them kissing. Scott and Heather go to say good bye to Chelsea. Bunny goes to see Cruz after his questioning,and Cruz thanks him for saving his brother in law. Mason tells Gina Sonny may have married her, but Mason is getting an annulment. Gina tries to bring Sonny back, but he is gone for good. Cruz goes to see Mason about the shooting and he tells Cruz about his out of body experience and he says Adriana is not dead. He didn't know how to tell him with out upsetting him, but Cruz is glad to hear this. CC questions Cruz for not being with Eden and Cruz tells him he's working on something for Eden as well,and that's all he can say. Gina goes to find Brandon, but he comes home. Cruz looks at the sketch of Katerine and Sandra says she feels like something bad is going to happen. Katerine goes to the Liar and orders a drink. Cruz is in the living room as Sandra sits in the hot tub, and has a vision of Katerine being in danger right now and she is nearby.

#027(F): Sophia and Carmen show up at Cruz's at the same time with some groceries,and Sandra opens the door. Cruz comes down and makes an off hand remark about it being a long night,not knowing he has company.CC goes to see Mason about Julia having the memos on the oil rig case. Augusta tries to warn Julia about Mason. Celeste and Heather are tense with each other and Scott notices it. Chelsea writes them a postcard, thanking them for her new family. Mason says he only wanted to help CC make peace with the people he hurt. Sophia and Carmen wait for Cruz to explain. He says Sandra is helping him with a case and the nature of it requires her to stay there. He goes on to tell them she is a psychic and she has seen Adriana and believes she could still be alive,as he does too. Sophia thinks he is grasping at straws. He says he has to know one way or the other. He then shows them the sketch of Katerine. TJ tries to hit on Katerine who is at the Liar again. Heather looks at the pictures of Scott and Celeste at the reunion. Julia brings Samantha to see Mason, and he assures her Sonny is not coming back.Sandra comes back and lies down on the couch sweating buckets. Cruz asks her what happened at the Liar. She tells him what she saw but it's not much to go on. Scott goes back to the clinic after meeting with CC and he is on cloud nine. Katerine goes to her meeting and TJ follows her. She turns around with a knife in her back.Sandra wakes up and says she is dead as Cruz looks on horrified. Gina goes back to the hospital and clorforms Mason and kidnaps him out of the hospital.

#027(F): Gina wheels Mason out on a stretcher. Julia comes to see him and can't find him. TJ finds Katerine with a knife in her back. Sandra is hysterical and Cruz asks if it was the baby,and she says Katerine was just murdered. Scott and Celeste talk about the block party. Gina brings Mason to her house and says to wake up Sonny. Cruz asks Sandra where she was murdered at. He gets her to focus on what she saw and felt. He calls the station and learns of the murder as Sandra says she was stabbed in the back. Cruz goes to the site where she was found and Sandra id's her as the nanny. Julia goes to Gina's looking for Mason,but she has hid him in the cellar. Scott comments on Celeste dress for the party as Heather walks in. Gina dresses Mason in Sonny like clothes and tries to get him to come back. Cruz goes to the apartment Katerine was staying at and searches,but finds nothing.Sandra says the person who murdered Katrerine was there. Cruz heads to the Liar to check on leads there.Mason tells Gina Sonny isn't coming back. Cruz shows TJ a picture of Katerine, but he says he never seen her before. Gina resorts to trying to seduce Mason,when Augusta comes in and encourages her,as Mason looks on shocked.

#027(F): Celeste is getting things ready for the block party at the Liar. Julia tells TJ she is looking for Mason, but he hasn't seen him. Scott surprises Heather with a dress he bought her. Gina tries to hypnotize Mason. He wakes up and says he has caught a cold in the cellar and to stop this. He tries to trick her by acting like Sonny. Scott tells Heather there is no running competition between her and Celeste. Mason tries to trick Gina into taking the handcuffs off, she then asks him to sing for her, because she needs to be sure, but she catches Mason. Michael goes to confession about his sin. Celeste goes back to the clinic to get some work done and she tells Scott he should go home and get ready. She then gets a call about her father being arrested for a DUI, and she might not be able to go to the party after all.

#027(F): Heather is at the Liar with Michael and Celeste two sisters, Emily and Lisa. They comment on how lucky she is to be marrying Scott. Scott is at his fathers' grave when Celeste comes up to him. Sandra sees an image and wakes up screaming and says she can't take it. Cruz says the person that was with Katerine will lead him to his daughter. Julia and Gina have a catfight in her basement with Mason looking on. Emily comments to Lisa that Heather doesn't appear to be Scott's type. Michael tries to reassure Heather of Scott's feelings and he tells her not to look for trouble. Celeste tries to make Scott feel better about the money he got from CC. Julia pushes Gina down and gets the keys and takes the cuffs off Mason. Gina yells for Sonny to come back, but Julia takes Mason home. Scott tells Heather he has decided to start a schoolarship fund with the money he got from CC. When Cruz suggest Katerine was meeting a lover, Sandra says she was being seduced by someone at the Liar.She starts to focus on the man. They then head to the Liar. Celeste and Heather exchange words, and when Celeste goes to leave she bumps into a waiter and gets a drink spilled on her new dress. Celeste offers her sister a place to live with her. Once Sandra is at the Liar, Cruz observes her when TJ approaches her.She goes up to Cruz and whispers something and when TJ goes to leave Cruz asks going someplace? Back at the house,Sandra looks at Eden's picture and starts to have feelings for Cruz. Cruz sees she is acting like she is feeling something and asks what is happening.

#027-4(F): Julia leaves Mason a note when she can't find him in his office. He was hiding under his desk drinking some champagne. Scott talks to Celeste about the recent problems they have been having with Heather arranging a job offer for her. While Kelly is in France, Cruz puts her up there. She tries to come on to him, but Cruz makes it clear there will never be any of that. Scott tells Celeste he doesn't want to ruin their friendship. Cruz tells Sandra all he needs is his baby back,and he needs to get to work.Cruz goes to the station, and the other cops know he doesn't trust them.Boswell comes in with Ramon and tells Cruz how the men feel. Cruz tells them he can't overlook the button he found off a police uniform, meaning one of them was with his baby.He also promises them he will find the bastard cop and tells them to pass that along. Julia goes home and Augusta tells her about their father being sick and dying and she wants her to go visit him with her.Mason goes to the liar to sober up and sees Michael and they exchange words. Mason comes home and Julia tells him about her father and she leaves with Augusta. Sandra has a vision that someone sneaks in on Cruz in his office and grabs him. Cruz walks in and touches her shoulder and she jumps. Celeste cries to Lisa and Emily about not working with Scott.Sandra tells Cruz what she saw and says he can't leave her alone with a killer out there.

#027(F): Mason goes to his office,where his new secretary, Lisa brings him his messages. He doesn't remember who she is and she tells him he hired her last night. CC goes to see him about the custody suit with Gina. Cruz is talking on the phone with Eden as Sandra comes in and listens. He tells her he has to go to work,but she is still upset and doesn't want to be alone. Mason tries to show CC what it would look like if he represented him in a custody suit against Gina. Bunny tries to hide Vanessa from Gina. Cruz goes to see CC with his birthday present from him and Eden. Sophia is there and she asks if there are any new developments and he tells her about the attack on Sandra. Cruz is at the office arguing with Ramon about about a file when Ethan walks in and starts to argue with Cruz. Sophia goes to see Sandra and she gives her a"friendly" warning about Cruz and Eden and how nobody will come between them. Cruz breaks in the personal files after Ethan refuses him access to them. While Cruz is talking with Sophia about Sandra, someone is listening. Bunny introduces Gina to his cousin "Vance", who needs a room. She doesn't want to do it, but Bunny convinces her to allow "him" to stay. Cruz brings Sandra the files and she says the vibes are strong and she just needs to go through them to find the one. As they are talking,someone watches them.

#027(F): Celeste tells Emily she is having a hard time finding a job. Scott is at the new house when Heather walks in and asks him to dinner. He tells her about the house plans. Michael talks to Laura, about her husband, Ethan, not knowing she had a son that died.Cruz sees Sophia at the country club and they discuss the case and Sandra. Sandra is going through the files and says he is watching Cruz again, and she knows who it is. Heather asks Scott if there is something wrong,and he says no.There is a visible strain between them. Ethan confronts Cruz about the missing files and threatens him. Cruz tells him he is trying to find his baby daughter and Ethan can do whatever he wants. Sandra calls Cruz and tells him what she saw and felt.Cruz is at his office and learns one of the cops has changed his last name.Ethan comes in and rips the file out of Cruz's hands.Cruz tries to get him to issue a warrant for this cop, but he refuses with no evidence and tells another cop to stay there with Cruz. Scott walks in the Liar and sees Celeste being hit on and he comes to her defense. Cruz locates where the cop is, but he is being detained by one of his men who refuses to let him go.Cruz pulls him away from the door and leaves.Sandra and Sophia are hiding in the closet when she "sees" him open the door and come inside. Celeste decides she needs to make some money, so she brings Crystal to life again. Cruz comes in and comes face to face with Ramon- the cop who helped kidnap Adriana.

#027(F): Scott and Heather are having problems in the love making department. Celeste goes to the Liar and orders a drink, and a guy comes up to her and she introduces herself as Crystal.After talking for a few minutes she agrees to go back to his room with him. Cruz orders Ramon to drop his gun. Shots ring out and Ramon takes off. Scott and Heather argue about his feelings for Celeste. Cruz goes back to the station where Sandra and Sophia are telling Ethan what happened. Cruz tells him Ramon is Angel Ramierz brother and Cruz put him in jail for life,now he needs to get a warrant,and finally Ethan agrees to help. Crystal goes back with the guy, but gets cold feet and runs out. Cruz chases Ramon who heads in the church and grabs Laura who is there with Michael and Heather. Cruz tries to talk him out, but he tells Cruz to get out. Cruz goes outside and tells Ethan he has three hostages, then Cruz goes back inside with a plan. Michael talks Ramon into letting the woman go, then he spots Cruz hiding. Scott goes to the cemetery where he sees Celeste. Cruz sneaks up on Ramon and grabs him. Cruz gets him to admit he knows what happened to the baby.

#027(F): Scott and Celeste talk and he asks why she is so dressed up and why she was upset. She finally admits to him she still loves him. Heather talks with Sophia about being worried about Michael still inside the church. Ethan comes in and Ramon says Cruz killed Zack Kelton and he will kill him too if they don't get him out of there, but Ethan tells Cruz he's his. Michael tells Cruz not there and he takes Ramon out. Scott and Celeste talk and he is confused about his feelings.Cruz brings Ramon back to the gate house and interrogates him and tells him he is not going anywhere until he tells him about the baby. Ramon says he only talked to the nanny, Katerine, and not to Zack. He insists he didn't kill her and Cruz says he has evidence to the contary. When Cruz asks why he did this to him, he says to avenge his brother, Angel. Cruz tells him if his baby is dead then so is he. Heather and Scott try to talk back at the house, but they start to argue again. Ramon says he never knew of Zack and Sandra comes in and says everything he said is a lie.

#027-5(F)(this tape follows tape# 27-3, sorry, got misnumbered): Cruz wakes Sandra from one of her visions of her and him together. He wants to go to the police station to get a formal statement about Katerine. CC tells Ted he is thinking of retiring. Mason and Julia spend a night together away from everyone else. Sandra gives her official statement to Cruz about TJ and Katerine. Cruz gets the report on the murder weapon, and TJ's prints are all over it. CC spends an "amusing" night at the Liar with Ted and Wanda. Cruz questions TJ again,and he denies any involvement with Zack and the kidnapping. He tells Cruz what he observed with Katerine at the Liar. Cruz goes to write a letter to Eden about what is going on, but changes his mind. CC goes to see Cruz about not being in Paris with Eden,and Cruz tells him about Sandra and he tries to understand.Later, Cruz talks with Eden on the phone, but he doesn't tell her what is going on.

#027(F): Gina wakes up, not sure where she is,until Bunny says welcome to paradise. Mason has a dream about Sonny and he wakes up screaming for Sonny to stay dead. Lisa goes to see Celeste at work. Celeste is concerned about getting the stain out of the dress if she wants to return it and pay her rent. Lisa tells her to ask Scott for the money,but she refuses. Sandra is holding the dress Eden wore the night Adriana was born. Cruz walks in and asks what she is doing with that. She tells him she was drawn to it and hopes it will help with her connection to the baby. Cruz gets invited to the country club for CC's retirement party. Mason assures Julia Sonny is dead and it was only a dream. Heather gives Scott a key to a BMW she put a down payment on for him. Bunny tries to get Gina to face Sonny is gone for good. Cruz tells Julia about Katerine when Sandra comes in. Seems they went to college together and know each other. Cruz goes to CC's party with Sandra. Celeste gets her pay envelope with some extra money in it.She thinks it was from Scott, until Heather says she put it to pay for the dress she ruined. Bunny's uncle comes and tells him he needs to make up to Lyle DeFranco for turning him in as the hitman. If he doesn't there will be a war between the families, and the only way is to marry De Franco's granddaughter, Vanessa. Cruz returns home with Sandra and tells her not to let the family's attitude get to her. When he turns his back for a moment, she gets a vision of someone throwing dirt on a grave and a baby crying. He asks her what she seen, not sure if he wants to know.

#027(F): Celeste is getting ready for work,when her sister Emily reads from Megan Richards' romance novel,and tells her the hero could be Scott. Mason tells Julia he can get an annulment if he can get a doctor to sign a form that says he was mental at the time. Bunny and Gina get back and she asks what was the big hurry. He makes up an excuse of it not being right, since she didn't want to be there. Cruz gives Sandra some water. She doesn't want to tell him what she saw. Scott goes to check on the contractor of the new house and he's angry he's not doing more. Celeste calls him and tells him Cruz wants to see him. Mason makes an appointment with Heather about his "problem" with Sonny. While he is there talking with Celeste he meets her sister, Lisa. After Scott checks Sandra he tells her she is fine. Cruz gets mad she won't talk and he leaves. Cruz goes over the file again and sees several calls were made to then Liar from the station and he suspects one of the cops may be involved. Julia is told Ethan Asher is the new DA and if she likes,she can stay on as the assistant DA. Celeste tells Scott she has an interview for another job. Cruz gets a letter from Eden and as he reads it,Sandra watches him. She later peeks at a letter Cruz wrote to Eden. She then calls Cruz and tells him about her vision of being buried alive. He asks who�s eyes she was seeing it through and says no, not Adriana's.

#027(F): Scott tries to convince Celeste to stay at the clinic, but tells her the decision needs to be hers. Brandon and Bunny go to see Michael about helping with his rummage sale. Gina tells Mason the only way she will sign the annulment papers is if he arranges the custody suit in her favor. Cruz asks if she saw Adriana in the grave,and he reminds her she didn't know about Katerine until she saw her face in the mirror. After arguing with Sandra,he walks out. Heather talks with Jed,the contractor, about arranging the job offer that Celeste got. Cruz goes to his office and Boswell lets him know the other cops are upset at Cruz investigating them. Cruz says he believes his baby may still be alive,so he doesn't care who's toes he steps on. He goes back home and Sandra agrees not to hold back anything she sees or feels again. She then tells him about her vision and that Adriana is still alive as someone was watching them.

#027(F): Bunny meets Vanessa's two brothers, who plan a shot gun wedding. Michael finds Brandon with a gun that went off. He says he found it in the box and didn't know it would go off. Cruz looks at some of Adriana's things in evidence and wonders how much she outgrew them. Ethan Asher( who resembles the late Zack) appears at Cruz's office door. Bunny meets his intended, Vanessa. Cruz is taken aback by Ethan's resemblance to Zack. As Cruz is looking at the baby's hospital gown,he finds a cops button in there with it. Michael reflects on a shooting with a little boy named Jamie when he was a cop. Cruz catches Sandra going through his brief case. He argues with her about the ground rules of her staying there. Eden calls and he gets distracted talking with her. Vanessa goes to Bunny to help her with her family,and he hides her in the basement of Gina's house. Cruz is asleep on the couch when someone sneaks in.When he gets up to check he gets whacked in the head, as the person heads upstairs to get Sandra. She awakens to find a pillow forced on her face.

#027-6(F)(follows tape# 27-4): Celeste goes to the church and Michael is concerned about her.She is dressed as Crystal but says she didn't pick up a trick. Lisa comes in late to work because she was up all night looking for Celeste who never came home. Mason decides to start working on Brandon's custody case. Gina tells Bunny she is going to see Mason to be sure CC doesn't get Brandon. Cruz is with Ramon, who tries to go to sleep, but Cruz won't let him until he tells him about the baby. Sandra tells Cruz he needs to take a break, since he has been at it all night. Bunny talks to Vanessa about her men troubles. Michael tries not to take sides between Celeste and Heather over Scott. As Ramon is ready to talk,Ethan comes in with Boswell and takes him away. He tells Cruz he violated Ramon's rights. Cruz says he needs to talk to him, and Ethan lets him, but says after, he is on suspension. Ramon is brought in and finally tells Cruz what he knows. A man with a wooden leg wanted him to take the baby. He paid Katerine off and then she came back and tried to blackmail him. Cruz then remembers the footprints outside his house of a man with a limb. Brandon goes to see Mason about the custody hearing. Celeste and Heather have an argument at the church after Heather hears Celeste conversation with Michael about Scott.

#027(F): Michael goes to see Celeste at the hotel she is staying at. She tries to explain she is not going back to her old life,but when she was a kid her family used to go there. Heather has Jed call to see if Scott is there with her,and he hears a man's voice in the background and assumes it is Scott. Sandra tells Cruz she needs him and leaves Cruz with the impression if they don't sleep together she won't help him. He tries again to tell her all he wants is to reunite his wife and daughter,and he never lead her to believe there was anything between them. Mason explains to Brandon what he is doing to help him. Jed tells Heather to go to the hotel and save her relationship with Scott. Michael tells Celeste he is leaving the priesthood, but he still wants to help her. Cruz has Boswell check on any men he busted with one leg. Sophia tells Cruz he is smart enough to deal with Sandra to get her to help him find the baby, since she seems to be the only way they will see her again. Cruz goes to see Sandra and reads her a letter Eden wrote him about her life since this has happened,and she agrees to stay on and help him. As Cruz is sitting looking at the pictures of him,Eden and Adriana, Sandra is ready to come in when the man with the wooden leg grabs her from behind.

#027(F): Ted is served breakfast in bed by Wanda. She tells him he can be treated like this everyday if he moved in. CC talks with Megan about her getting used to her new surrondings.She refuses to show him what she has written so far until she has completed it. Emily reads about Megan being in Santa Barbara and is thrilled at the idea of meeting her favorite author. Celeste is sick and Lisa wants her to see a doctor, but she refuses. Brandon goes to see Michael about talking to the judge. Ted tells Wanda he doesn't want to rush into things. Michael brings Brandon home and runs into Mason who is there. Mason learns about Michael's plans and then they talk about Julia still being with her father and Michael gives him a letter to send to her for him. Celeste goes to sleep and dreams of her and Scott in high school. Lisa helps Mason steam open Michael's letter to Julia. After he reads it, he feels bad for snooping. Emily meets Megan, who then hires her to type her notes. Gina goes to Mason's and he says the judge is still talking with Brandon. CC shows up and Brandon comes out and the judge tells Gina and CC to go inside. Brandon puts the intercom on and listens to their conversation. Michael finds Celeste on the floor and calls an ambulance. The judge decides to have Brandon live with Mason temporarily. Both Gina and CC yell at Mason. When Lisa comes back from getting some ice cream for Brandon they discover he is missing.

#027(F): They look for Brandon and realize he heard everything. Cruz is worried that Sandra hasn't shown up,and he doesn't know what to make of it. Eden and Kelly are in Paris, where Kelly receives flowers from the hotel manager. Eden tells Kelly she misses Cruz and wants to go home. Mason tells CC and Gina they are the cause of Brandon running away. There are still no leads to the one legged man. Cruz's mother shows him a letter from his brother Ric,who is now married and living in Paris. Eden watches Kelly fend off her admirer. Eden believes Adriana is dead and the scenery won't change the hurt,and she needs to go back and be with Cruz. Lisa comes back with Brandon, but he only wants to talk to Mason. He has just learned the truth that he was adopted and he is hurt.Mason tells Brandon his real father was Channing and his real mother is Santana. Cruz tries to call Eden but she ends up calling him and they talk about being apart. He then tells her about his brother Ric living there now. She wants to go talk to him but he doesn't want her to. Eden packs to go home.She tells Kelly she doesn't want to tell Cruz because he'll want her to stay there. Ethan goes to see Cruz and lifts the suspension. Sandra is locked ina dark room where she tries to send vibes to Cruz. Eden goes to Ric's where she hears the baby crying.

#027(F): Michael goes to see Celeste in the hospital. She has no idea how she got there. Cruz talks with Sean about something being wrong with Sandra,and maybe the one-legged man grabbed her. The man tortures Sandra and talks in riddles, and when she asks who he is he says he is Cruz's worst nightmare. Eden is at Ric's house and hears the baby crying. The nanny brings in Ric's baby Cherise to meet Eden and she holds her and the baby stops crying. Mason tries to explain his actions to CC regarding Brandon and the custody suit. Celeste tells Michael she will find a way to pay him back the money for the hospital stay. Eden holds the baby and looks for Adriana's birthmark, which is not there. Lisa goes to see Celeste and suggest she can get the money from Scott, but she refuses. The man asks Sandra what Cruz knows about him ,but she doesn't tell him anything. Eden goes back to the hotel room, where Kelly is trying to settle some ruffled feathers with the Paris office. She tells Kelly about the baby and how she looked for the birthmark. She explains she had a pull toward the baby. Eden calls Cruz again, and she senses something is wrong, but he covers. She tells him about Ric's baby, and he is shocked by the news. They talk about their upcoming anniversary and that she is sending him something special. Eden and Kelly talk about continuing to work together at Capwell. Cruz gets a call about a man with a limp dragging a woman in a house. Mason is arrested for DUI. Sandra yells for Cruz as the one-legged man gets away. Kelly comes and says the limo is waiting to take them to the airport.

#027(F): Gina is with Bunny, getting ready to go see Brandon. She tells him she needs to convince Brandon she still loves him. Brandon is at the office and tells Lisa Mason never came home last night. Mason is awakened by Ethan in jail. Cruz books a flight to Paris, unaware Eden is on her way home. Sandra comes in and he says he needs to know about the man who abducted her. Gina goes to see Brandon and he is still not to thrilled to see her. Cruz tries to get Sandra to focus on the man,but she says she never saw his face. She tells him that he told her he hates Cruz and is going to destroy his life. Cruz tries to figure out his identity. He gets a call someone matching the description was seen at the Liar. Cruz places Sandra in protective custody while he plans to be away and she protest, and refuses to help him again. He says from this moment on they are done working together. As he heads out the door, the doorbell rings and there is a box left there for him.

#028(F): Celeste tries to get Emily to help her get out of the hospital, since she can't afford it. Scott comes back from his trip and goes to the clinic. Kelly comes home and CC is happy to see her. Cruz finds this hugh box on his doorstep with a note on it, as he is reading it,Eden pops out of the box and they kiss. Celeste packs her bags to go home,but Scott comes in and tells her to get back in bed. CC introduces Kelly to Megan. Later, she tells CC she feels better about her divorce from Jeffrey, since she now knows there was nothing she could of done differently. She also tells him she wants to continue to work with Eden at Capwell Enterprises. Cruz and Eden have a very romantic reunion,and they celebrate her homecoming in style. Scott examines Celeste and says she still has fluid in her lungs. Heather sees Scott from outside Celeste room and knows what he has decided. Eden tells Cruz of all the dreams she has had of Adriana,and how hard it has been. Cruz is afraid to give Eden false hope,but he tells her he believes Adriana is still alive. He then fills her in,and she is anxious to get looking. Eden senses Cruz is not telling her everything about Sandra. Scott tells Heather he has not made any plans for his future,until he deals with the past. As Cruz and Eden kiss in front of the fireplace,Sandra watches them from the window.

#028(F): Julia comes home and finds Brandon living there. Mason comes in and fills her in on what is happening. Scott tells Heather he still loves her,but he needs to deal with his past. He feels like there is some unfinished business with Celeste. Cruz and Eden are making out as Sandra watches through the window. Michael goes to see Celeste, who has a fever again. Eden surprises Cruz with imported chocolate from Paris. She talks about Ric and his baby and then admits she looked for Adriana's birthmark. Cruz tells her they will find her, no matter how long it takes. Eden is anxious to meet Sandra, but Cruz is reluctant. He then gets a call she was taken to the hospital after she o/d on some pills. Scott goes to Celeste room and she is asleep. When she awakens she thinks she is dreaming he's there with her. He tells her he is there and that's where he is going to stay. Cruz goes to see Sandra and she claims it was an accident. He wants to take her back to the hotel in protective custody, but she cries she doesn't want to go back there. As Cruz tries to comfort her, Eden walks up to the door and looks in.

#028(F): Celeste is asleep as Scott brings her in breakfast. He's going to let her go home, and he will personally take her. Julia and Mason have breakfast and talk about their night of passion. He then calls the office to say he'll be late. Cruz has planed a romantic breakfast for Eden and his first anniversary, but she has also planned something special. He tells her to go back upstairs so he can serve her breakfast in bed. The doorbell rings and it's CC,who is anxious to see Eden. After CC leaves, Cruz laments that his french toast was perfect. Sandra then calls and leaves a message she is leaving. Eden tells him he has to stop her,but he says she has pulled this before and she is not going anywhere. Eden says if he doesn't go, she will. Cruz goes to see Sandra, but it's Eden who makes the difference. She tells Sandra she knows she is in love with her husband, but they need her to find their baby. She agrees to stay and help. Cruz and Eden go back home and talk about the situation with Sandra,and he promises he will find the baby. He then give Eden her anniversary present-the stone with Adriana's birthmark on it. Scott goes back to the hospital to get Celeste, and they are awkward with each other,and he kisses her. Cruz and Eden are sitting in front of the fireplace talking about their wedding, when the hear a noise outside the door. Cruz opens the door to find Ted,Wanda,Kelly and Mason serenading them in French,since they didn't go to Paris together,Wanda thought she would bring a little to them. Cruz gets some files on men with one leg. Eden sees a file and hands it to Cruz---the name on it is Kirk Cranston. When Celeste refuses to use the wheelchair, Scott carries her out. CC and Kelly come by the house and Eden tells them about Kirk. Cruz goes to jail to see Kirk and when the man turns around it is not Kirk, to Cruz's horror.

#028(F): Julia walks in on Mason yelling at Lisa.She covers for him,again. Scott brings Celeste home and jokes with her and Emily. They start to redevelop their relationship. CC thinks it's crazy to think Kirk could be behind Adriana's kidnapping. Cruz tells the guards they brought him the wrong guy. He gets the man to admit he traded places with Kirk about six months ago after he threatened him and his family. Scott and Celeste talk about getting to know each other all over again. Cruz comes back and tells Eden and CC about Kirk. He wants her away from there and CC suggest his house in the mountains. Kirk is at Kelly's cottage watching Sandra. Julia tells Mason she knows how hard it is for him to stay on the wagon. Kelly goes to her house and meets Sandra. Scott invites Celeste to his house for lunch. Sandra goes to see Cruz and he shows her the sketch,and she feels the aura of it as the man who grabbed her. When the cop goes inside to check a noise Kelly heard, Kirk grabs him and takes his uniform and locks him in a closet. Sandra gets Cruz to let her help him catch Kirk,and when she goes home,Kirk comes down the stairs. She holds a gun on him and tells him not to move.

#028(F): Bunny gets embarrassed when Vanessa talks about their night of passion. He tries to tell her it was a mistake, but she comes on to him,as Gina walks in the door. Scott picks up Celeste for their date. Cruz is watching Sandra and looking for the cop who is supposed to be inside there. Sandra tells Kirk to put his gun down and move towards the door. When the cop in the closet tries to get out, Kirk grabs the gun away from her. Gina thinks Bunny is gay after seeing him kiss "Vance", but Bunny gets Vanessa to show Gina he is a she. Sandra tells Kirk even if he gets away she can see what's in his head. She yells for Cruz that he is there,and Kirk grabs the cop, who finally came out of the closet, as a shield. Shots ring out and Cruz comes back and learns he got away from the other cops too. Kirk is hiding inGina's basement after Cruz shoots him in his good leg. Vanessa tells Gina they are in love,and she also turns the tables on Bunny by saying if he jilts her now,he'll be sorry. Eden calls Cruz and he tells her he saw Kirk and he is as crazy as ever,but he got away. Sandra tells Cruz she feels the pain Kirk feels in his good leg from being shot. Gina hears a noise and goes down the basement to check it out, thinking it is Bunny, and Kirk comes out and says it's been a long time.

#028(F): Mason is at the Lair getting drunk. Lisa is there with him and tries to keep him on the wagon. Cruz calls Eden at the cabin, but there is no answer. Eden then comes in the door and says she couldn't stay away from him. Kirk is with Gina and Brandon and tells her he wants Sandra,and she better get her. He warns Gina not to come back with the cops. Cruz and Eden talk about Kirk and how Sandra put the fear of the occult in him. Eden has Cruz go with her to get some files from Capwell Enterprises. When they return they find Gina there talking with Sandra. She finally tells them about Kirk holding Brandon at her house. Cruz sets up a plan for Gina to do,and they all go to CC's where Cruz gives her the last minute instructions. Gina goes back and feeds Kirk the line Cruz told her to say. The phone rings and he makes arrangements to meet a woman with a French accent at a ski lodge in Canada. Kirk then ties them up and leaves. Cruz has traced the call and they follow Kirk when he takes off.

#028(F): Heather takes a home pregnancy test as Scott comes to see her. Celeste plans to make dinner for Scott at her place and she arranges for her sisters to be gone. Julia prepares her wedding invitations. Kirk arrives at the ski lodge as Cruz, Eden and Sandra watch him. Sandra gets a feeling someone else is there and Eden says Adriana. Heather treats Scott very cold and hands him her resignation from the clinic. After he leaves she checks the test and she is pregnant. Celeste arranges a "date" between Lisa and Michael. Kelly is on the phone telling the person she is in charge until Eden returns and CC watches her and thinks she is doing a great job. Eden calls Kelly to let her know where she is,but hangs up quickly when she sees a woman holding a baby. She then follows the woman. Cruz has Kirk's room bugged and is listening when Eden comes in and tells him about the woman and she asks Sandra if it was Adriana, and she doesn't know. Kirk gets a call and Cruz learns he is going to the party to meet the mystery woman. Scott goes to Celeste for dinner. Eden, Cruz and Sandra go to the costume party to await kirk's arrival. Cruz then spots Kirk dressed as a pirate. Eden and Sandra both hear a baby crying as they follow the woman who has it. As Cruz goes to follow, he notices the woman Kirk was waiting for has arrived and he watches them.

#029(F): Mason is drunk at the Lair,when Lisa comes to help him. Cruz watches Kirk and the woman as Eden and Sandra stop the woman with the baby. They learn it is not Adriana and Eden apologizes to the woman. Kirk spots Cruz and tells the woman to run,as Cruz points his gun at him. Sandra sees the woman who was talking to Kirk walk by her and she gets a feeling about her,as the manager yells to stop the woman,per Cruz's orders. Scott and Celeste catch up by making out on the couch. Lisa and Michael take Mason out of the Lair to sober him up. She takes him to an AA meeting. Cruz brings Kirk back to their room and asks about the woman he was to meet. Kirk plays his warped game by saying he killed Adriana. He then tells Cruz about the letter he received while he was in jail from Katerine, and he didn't hear from her again until he was out of jail. That's when she meet Zack, but she soon discovered his secret plans for the baby. Cruz asks why his baby. He then tells Cruz how he took the baby and Katerine up to Canada and on the way he put her in the woods and left. He insists the woman he was to meet was Katerine, but Cruz says she is dead and Kirk ask who that was then. Eden comes back and tells Cruz about the woman escaping in a blue Mercedes. Cruz leaves Eden holding a gun on Kirk while he goes to talk to the police. After having words with Kirk, Eden slaps him and warns him if he hurt her baby,she will make him pay. Kirk is later taken into custody,as Cruz looks for the blue Mercedes.Sandra finds a bracelet the woman dropped and she tells Eden she has Adriana.

#029(F): Ted and Wanda have dinner at the Lair,and she insists on paying for dinner, despite the fact she is broke. Gina sits at the bar and drowns her sorrows. Mason is at his office when he hears a message on the machine from Julia. Michael and Laura get locked in a supply room at the high school. Eden talks to Sandra about her abilities to feel things,when Cruz comes in. He says the woman got away, but the police are searching. He then gets Sandra a room for the night. Eden tells Cruz they are close to finding the baby and the go to make love as Sandra starts to act weird in the lobby. Ted offers to give Wanda a loan, but she turns him down. As Cruz and Eden are in bed kissing, Sandra comes in and says the police have found the woman in the Mercedes. Mason follows Julia's map and is lead to a quaint church where she asks him about getting married in. Cruz and Eden talk with the cops and they bring the woman and the baby in, but the baby is not Adriana. Cruz goes to explain to the woman as Eden watches Sandra holding Cruz 's jacket and touching it like she is touching him. Eden takes the jacket and tells her she knew that wasn't Adriana,but Sandra says she wasn't sure till the woman turned around. Cruz and Eden go back to their room and talk about what happened. She then tells him about how Sandra was acting with his jacket. He tells her he wishes he could snap her out of it.

#029(F): Celeste is at the clinic trying to stay cool during a heat wave,as Scott comes in and they try to resist their urges for each other. Kelly talks to CC about his romantic dinner with Megan. She asks why he changed his mind about her,after he asked her to spy on Megan for him. He says he needs to trust someone. Megan is with Emily getting ready for dinner. Cruz and Eden return from Canada and she is a little disappointed. Ethan comes to tell Cruz the judge refused to issue a court order for a lie dector on Kirk,so Cruz says he will do it without one. Ethan introduces himself to Eden,as she looks at his resemblance to Zack. CC says all he is doing is having dinner with Megan. Kelly tries to warn him not to let his guard down. Scott wants to move forward, but Celeste is not ready yet. A hooker comes in the clinic with pain and Scott examines her. Cruz is having a hard time getting access to Kirk since Ethan has posted guards outside his cell. Eden thinks Sandra should stay with them, but Cruz doesn't think that is a good idea, but gives in. Scott gives the woman some medicine and she promises Celeste she won't tell him about knowing her. Scott and Celeste have different opinions on the woman and her situation. Cruz goes to see Ethan and he agrees to allow Cruz to administer the lie detector test. Kelly comes to see Eden and tries to warn her about letting Sandra stay with them. Eden tries to explain she needs her there because she has a connection with the baby. Cruz comes back and says according to the lie detector test, Kirk is telling the truth about what he knows.Scott goes to see Celeste and tells her he can't take it anymore and to open the door,when she won't take the chain off,Scott breaks it open and says no more games,it's time to grow up. Cruz and Eden are in the bedroom kissing and he says Sandra is downstairs, and Eden says so we will shake her up a bit. He says she is bad and she says she gets worse as they kiss.

#029(F): Heather tells Michael she can't have Scott's baby and she is going to have an abortion. Scott and Celeste go to make love,but she jumps up and he asks what's wrong. Cruz and Eden are in bed when she asks if she has succeeded in getting his mind off work. He jokes she has to try a little harder. Sandra sits on the couch and acts like she feels what Eden feels. Kelly walks in and asks if she was having a vision about Adriana, but she says no and runs out. Julia and Mason are on opposite sides of Wanda's sex discrimination suit against the Lair. Scott wants to know why Celeste is running hot and cold,but she says she is scared. He tries to reassure her all she needs to do is love him and let him love her. As they kiss, his beeper goes off and he's called away. Michael tries to talk Heather out of her decision, but she has made up her mind. Cruz and Eden come downstairs and Kelly tells them what happened with Sandra. Eden insists they find her and bring her back.Cruz comes back with her and Eden asks what happened. She says it has to do with Eden and the connection she feels with her,then tells Eden she feels everything she feels,and that's why she ran away. Later when Cruz and Eden go to bed she can't help but remember what Sandra said and when Cruz kisses her,she pulls back and he asks what's wrong.

#029(F): Julia sits outside with Samantha, trying to stay cool during the heatwave. Mason attends an AA meeting and introduces himself. After talking with Michael,Celeste goes to give him his magazine back and finds him in a room with Heather. She decides to go somewhere else to have the abortion. Eden and Cruz kiss, but she says she is tired from the heat. Cruz knows something is wrong and asks her about it. Scott gets out of surgery and she tells him about seeing Heather there as a patient. Michael tells Heather he will stand by her. Eden tells Cruz she's sorry, and he asks if it's because of Sandra is there. He offers to send her to the Capwell hotel, but she won't hear of it. He says if she can handle it then so can he. Lisa finds Mason in his office and they talk about him leaving the meeting. Scott learns Heather is pregnant and asks when she was going to tell him. She says she wasn't and he learns she is there to have an abortion. They argue and she tells him to leave. Mason is at the hospital with Julia and Samantha, who has a virus. Scott and Celeste discuss what is going on with Heather. He tells her no matter what happens with the baby, he still loves her. Eden wakes up from a bad dream and finds Cruz downstairs talking with Sandra. He then heads to the beach. Eden talks to Sandra about "being" there with her and Cruz. As Cruz lays on the beach,Eden comes out and touches his shoulder and he pulls her down to him. He wants to go back to the house, but Eden wants to stay there.

#029(F): Kelly watches as Megan prepares to go for a swim. She sees CC watching from the top of the stairs and Kelly argues with him about Megan. Celeste is at work talking with Emily,but she is not really there. Scott is at the hospital and Michael comes up to him and tries to talk to him about Heather. Megan talks on the phone with her son Greg, who's in college in New Hampshire. CC goes to see her to work on his book. Kelly and Sophia discuss staying out of CC's personal life. Sophia talks with CC about his personal relationship with Megan and she gets jealous. Sophia then offers to help Kelly solve the mystery of Megan. They almost get caught in the guesthouse snooping, but Sophia has come across an address in New Hampshire. Celeste goes to visit the hooker and thanks her for not telling Scott about her past. When Scott questions Heather's doctor about the abortion, he tells him he needs to talk to her about it. Heather talks to Jed and admits she didn't have the abortion after all,and she plans to hide the pregnancy for as long as she can.

#030(F): Scott and Celeste discuss Heather and her "abortion". She tries to understand Heather's feelings and admits she also had an abortion. Heather tells Jed she plans to hide her pregnancy for awhile, and hopefully things will calm down. CC tries to kiss Megan, but she gets upset and runs out. Kelly comes in and asks why he changed his mind about Megan. Cruz checks for any new leads on the woman with the Mercedes. Scott talks with Celeste about her situation and says Heather's is totally different. Cruz and Sandra argue about her not coming up with anything since Eden returned home. Eden walks in and Sandra leaves. Cruz leaves to talk to a cop about the woman they are looking for. Cruz talks with Sophia and decides they will find the baby on their own. Eden tries to get Sandra to block out things that don't involve the baby. Scott goes to see Heather and apologizes for all the pain he has caused her. Sandra lies to Cruz about seeing the woman,and Cruz calls her on it. Cruz and Eden talk about her visions of Pebble Creek and how she can do it again. She doubts it and he reassures her she can. As Cruz kisses her she pulls back and goes downstairs and tells Sandra she won this time, but it's the last time. Cruz hears this and wants to know what is going on. She tells him she needs time to think things through. He wants to know what Sandra is holding over her.

#030(F): Mason talks to Heather about not needing anymore sessions with her,since Sonny is long gone. Julia comes in and he says they were done talking. CC asks Kelly what is going on with Sophia's meeting with Megan. Sophia tries to pump Megan about her personal life, if she wants her to answer the questions she needs for her book. Scott and Celeste talk about her keeping him grounded during the whole ordeal with Heather. Julia and Mason talk about their upcoming wedding then about Wanda's suit against the Lair. They argue then make up. Julia tries to seduce Mason into getting TJ to settle the lawsuit. Mason then goes to the Lair and advises him to settle with Wanda out of court. TJ figures out what is going on and fires Mason. Heather admits to Michael she didn't have the abortion. Celeste gets a call from the doctor she saw saying she might not be able to have kids.

#030(F): Everyone notices CC is very light hearted lately, thanks to Megan. Greg is on the Megan when Sophia is at his door pretending to be a recruiter from Princeton. Eden tells Sandra it�s time Cruz knew what was going on. She finds Cruz sitting on the beach, and she finally tells him what�s going on. He goes back and throws Sandra out of the house. Sophia learns that Megan is Greg's mother and that she writes under her maiden name,and that his father died a month before he was born. Eden tells Cruz now that Sandra is gone she is scared,she runs after her and sees her sitting on the beach as she has a vision of Adriana. She won't tell Eden and runs off. Eden goes back and tells Cruz and he refuses to go after her. Bunny buys the Lair and hires Wanda as a bartender TJ finds himself another rich woman and leaves town. Eden and Cruz talk about what they will do if they don't find the baby. He says they will find her. Sandra calls and tells Cruz she would like to meet with him at the Lair and tell him what she saw. Eden has a dream of the place where Adriana is. Cruz meets with Sandra and she stalls for time as she proposes a toast to them.

#030(F): Bunny is being forced to marry Vanessa by her brothers and their guns. CC has a romantic encounter with Megan. Cruz sits with Sandra as she passes out with the pill bottle in her hands. Cruz rushes her to the clinic where they said it was real close. Kelly wakes Eden from her dream and she tells her she was Adriana in the dream. Cruz calls and tells Eden about Sandra. Sophia comes back and tells Kelly about Megan's son Greg. Cruz goes in to see Sandra and she is very depressed. Bunny performs his own ceremony- he denounced his family name. Eden goes to see Sandra and she tells her she has weakened her. Eden tells her of the dream and she knows Sandra has also seen it, but she refuses to tell her. Eden goes back home and Cruz insists they will find the baby without Sandra's help. Celeste brings some food back to the clinic for Scott and Heather, and Heather tells Celeste she doesn't hate her. Cruz and Eden sit and talk and she feels Sandra's presence is gone. She then does off and has the dream again and hears the baby crying.

#030(F): CC and Megan talk about going to Mason and Julia's engagement party. Eden dreams of the place where the baby is and wakes up Cruz and she tells him of the statue and the places seem familiar, like she has been there before, but now she knows Adriana is there. Heather has Sandra staying with her. Cruz tells Eden to trust her instincts and he is going to prove to her she has psychic abilities. He does the card test on her and she gets 4 out of 5 right. Mason and Julia arrive for their engagement party. Eden is afraid about developing this talent and Cruz says he'll help her with it, and they joke about reading his mind and seeing his thoughts. Mason is having a hard time fighting the urge to drink. When CC tries to stop Sophia from harassing Megan, Mason comes up to him and tells him off for yelling at Sophia. They then get in an argument and CC leaves. Julia asks Mason to drop it, and he goes to get some air. Eden tries again to talk to Sandra at Heather's. She then goes back home to where Cruz has a candle lit dinner awaiting.She tells Cruz it's the love she feels for him that is making these images come to her. Sophia tells Megan in front of CC that she knows about her son. Mason sits on the beach and gets drunk. Eden has the dream again,and tells Cruz she knows where she seen the statue,and Adriana is in Paris.

#030(F): Sophia tells Megan she knows all about her son, and Megan says it is her business. Lisa talks to Michael about trying to help Mason. Julia comes back inside and doesn't know where he is. Mason empties his flask and sees a young man drinking and he shares the bottle with him. Eden awakens from her dream and tells Cruz Adriana is in Paris,and that she is leading them to her. She tries to find a book she brought back from Paris, hoping she will remember where she saw that statue at. Cruz gets a call about the woman renting another car in Oregon. Eden says all she knows is Adriana is in Paris Megan fills in CC on her son Greg and he apologizes for Sophia. Eden gets frustrated when she can't get more on the visions and Cruz tries to reassure her she will. When they are in bed, she sneaks out to see Sandra to talk to her about what she is seeing. After talking she goes to leave and Cruz is coming up to the door. Mason attends an AA meeting with Lisa. Cruz and Eden go home and she tells him about her talk with Sandra and then she takes out some of the baby's things. When she picks up the snow globe she remembers where she saw the statue,and she tells Cruz Adriana is at Ric's house.

#031(F): Mason and Julia are at the office and she is still upset with him about the party and his behavior. Celeste talks with Michael at the Lair and he remembers it being the anniversary of Jamie's death. Eden looks at the snow globe and asks Cruz if he believes her. He thinks she is getting things confused with all the pressure she is under. She tells him she knows the difference and these visions are real. She tells him to prove she is wrong by calling his brother. Lisa tries to get Mason to talk to Julia about what is bothering her. Scott tells Celeste he is free for whatever she has planned for him. Cruz tells Eden he hasn't spoken to Ric in 8 years, how can he call him and accuse him of having his daughter. She tells him there is no question in her mind the house she has been seeing is Ric's. Cruz calls and is told they went away. He then says he wants to follow the lead on the woman with the Mercedes. Eden thinks she may be connected to Ric and his wife,or maybe she is Ric's wife. Kelly comes over and Eden fills her in. Cruz calls Scott about the removal of a birthmark surgically from a baby. Eden comes in and hear and she thanks him for taking her seriously. Cruz gets a fax in French about Ric's baby and Eden says it could be forged. Celeste arranges for Scott to have a private dinner at the Lair. Eden calls Ric's house to see if they left the baby behind and she hears the baby crying,and she tells Kelly she heard her baby crying.

#031(F): Cc goes to see Megan and meets Greg. Cruz investigates the attack on Laura at the school. Eden goes to his office and tells him she knows for sure it is Adriana after hearing her on the phone. He shows her the birth certificate. Scott and Celeste go back to her place and get romantic. CC tells Megan he was in NY so he thought he would come up to New Hampshire and see her and meet her son. Eden still thinks the birth certificate could be forged. Cruz says she held that baby and wouldn't she know if it was Adriana, and no matter how angry Ric was, he wouldn't steal his baby. She asks what is she supposed to do about what she is seeing and feeling then. While he is on the phone she takes the fax and leaves. She goes to see Sandra,but she refuse to help and closes the door in her face. Scott and Celeste finally make love. Sandra goes to see Eden and apologizes for slamming the door in her face. Eden tells her of the images she is having of Cruz's brother and the baby. Sandra tells her to go with what she is feeling. She has a gift and she needs to use it. Eden then decides she needs to go to Paris without Cruz and check it out. Eden talks to the doctor from the birth certificate that claims he delivered "Cherise" and there were no problems.

#031(F): Laura is in the hospital after her attack, and Ethan asks her who Jamie is, not knowing she had a son. Scott and Celeste are having fun when Lisa comes home and figures out what is going on. Mason looks at the pamphlet for the alcoholic clinic in Palm Springs. Julia comes in and he asks what happened with her visit to her mother,and she said she didn't go. He lies and says he has to go to Palm Springs to help a client. Michael calls Julia from jail after Ethan arrests him. Gina tries to get Bunny to sneak her into Mason's bachelor party, but he refuses. Julia goes to see Michael and says she will talk to Ethan. Gina fantasizes about going to Mason's bachelor party dressed as Marilyn Monroe. Lisa admits to Celeste she is an alcoholic. Scott comes back after Lisa leaves and asks if everything is alright. Mason's party turns out to be only him and Ted. Scott tries to get Celeste to open up about her past, but she wants him to drop it.

#031(F): Celeste is at the clinic when Scott comes in with a rose and listens to her conversation with a patient on the phone who has a problem with super glue. Julia reads a postcard about a reservation Mason has at the Oasis Palm. Mason is with Lisa at the clinic to "dry" out. She tells Mason she needs to come up with an excuse to tell Julia. Cruz is looking at a list of employees at the hotel the woman stayed at. Ethan calls Cruz and says there has been a break in Laura's case. Cruz tells Eden the vision she had of Adriana in Paris must have some other explanation to it. As Cruz is getting ready to leave Kelly calls, and Eden pretends it is a business call. Kelly reads between the lines that Eden is going to Paris and not telling Cruz. Celeste has a daydream of Scott as a Knight with an English accent, she is snapped out of it by Julia, who comes in looking for Lisa. Celeste tells her she is in Palm Springs. Eden tells Kelly she needs to go to Paris and hold the baby,then she will know. Heather goes to the clinic and Scott is there. She tells him she needs to pick up some files then faints. She blames it on not eating breakfast. Celeste comes in and they talk about Heather. Mason and Lisa attend a workshop at the clinic. Julia walks in and hears Mason talking about why he needs to stop drinking. Eden looks at Adriana's picture and wonders how much she has changed. Eden is in Cruz's office when he makes arrangements to go to San Francisco She tells him to go without her since he can get more done that way. She then tells Kelly to pack her bags, their going to Paris.

#032(F): Julia thanks Lisa for being there for Mason,and they talk about their fathers'. Cruz goes to the bar pretending he is Kirk. He meets up with the woman from the hotel who baby-sat the baby. He asks her about chinatown,and she insist all she did was baby-sit,and didn't even get paid at that. Sophia meets with Ted and Wanda at the Lair. CC comes back from a polo match,aching all over, but needs to get ready to meet Ted and Wanda, not knowing they have set up a dinner for him and Sophia. Sandra goes to San Francisco and has images of Cruz being in danger as she is grabbed from behind. Julia is nervous about meeting with the counselor at the clinic. She talks to him about her father and her feelings toward him. Cruz finds Mr. Han and tells him he is Kirk Cranston. He says he is looking for the Canadian woman, since she owes him money. Han is on to Cruz and when Cruz has him cornered they bring in Sandra and tell him to drop his gun. CC goes to the Lair and sees Sophia. He tells her Eden and Kelly called and they had to make a business trip to Geneva. They end up arguing and Sophia leaves. Cruz and Sandra are tied up as Cruz asks where the baby is. After a few words are exchanged, the other man knocks Cruz out. Later Sandra tells Cruz of her vision and that she had to stop him. She tells him about the injection,as they come back with the syringe and aim it at Cruz. He tries to tell them they can't get away with this,as the police will be looking for him.

#032(F): Laura sees J'amie, the kid who knocked her out at the beach bar. She tells him he broke their deal by not being in school,so she is going to press charges. He agrees to go to school. Cruz tries to stop Han from injecting him, but he can't. Eden and Kelly have just arrived in Paris,and Eden tells her they have a room right across from Ric's house to keep an eye on him. Cruz has wild visions of Eden being with him and telling him not to be afraid. Kelly asks how they are going to find out about the baby if they don't go there,and Eden tells her she has a plan. Cruz struggles to try and get free. When the other guy comes to check on Cruz, he kicks him and they fight. He still has the weird visions of Eden being with him and guiding him on this journey. Eden assures Kelly Ric will not recognize her. She then calls Hollis,Ric's wife, and pretends she is from the agency that she hired the nanny from and asks to have that particular nanny released to another family, and they will give her another nanny named "Nancy" in her place. Hollis is skeptical,but agrees to meet "Nancy". Eden and Kelly watch as the nanny leaves, setting their plan in motion. Cruz goes back to the Pearl Garden where Han is an finds him in the back room. Cruz jumps him and hold the syringe to his neck. Eden dresses as a Mary Poppins type nanny and goes to Ric and Hollis'. Han tells Cruz what he knows about the woman, just that she had on a big ring and went to LA. Cruz calls looking for Eden and learns she went to Geneva.He thinks that is strange. "Nancy" is hired as "Cherise" nanny. She asks to say hello to the baby and Ric introduces Eden to Cherise.

#032(F): Cruz gets home and says he needs to find where the woman went. He sees Sandra holding the letter from Eden and he reads it. He then says he must of pushed too hard to get her to lie to him. Ric questions "Nancy" on why she chose to be a nanny, and Eden makes up a cover story and he buys it. She then asks to take Cherise for a walk and picks her up. Heather has a car accident with Ethan and he takes her to the clinic where Scott examines her. Cruz yells at Sandra for trying to hide Eden's letter and for almost getting him killed. He then asks Ted to check the log records for the Capwell jet. He tells Sophia he thinks Eden is following her own lead on the baby. Eden takes the baby for a walk. Heather wakes up and tells Ethan she is fine but needs to leave before Scott gets back with the test results. Eden tells Kelly she feels the baby is Adriana. She then mentions the chambermaid job to her. Celeste gets the test results and learns Heather is still pregnant. Boswell learns a Katrine Thrull took a flight to Paris. Ted comes in and tells Cruz the jet went to Paris and Cruz heads there to find Eden and the woman with the baby. "Nancy" introduces her sister"Beth" to Ric for the chambermaid job. Cruz is on the flight to Paris thinking of Eden as she rocks the baby to sleep.

#032(F): Scott asks Celeste if that is her signature on the lab slip,she says it is but she never got the results. Michael asks Heather how long she thinks she can get away with this. Mason tells Julia he is not sure he wants the time at the clinic to be over. Megan's son comes to visit her. Emily goes to see Megan and meets Greg. Megan suggest they go to the beach to study. Heather gives Celeste back the file after she alters it. They then discuss how to handle her pregnancy and Scott finding out she didn't have the abortion. Mason and Lisa are talking with the counselor at the group. Julia imagines seeing her father and they argue about his drinking. Scott meets with Heather at the beach bar to review her lab test results. He later talks with Celeste about Heather and is puzzled why she blacked out.

#032(F): Mason and Julia are back home and he is tense,and reassures her he is not going to get a drink. Lisa gives Emily a make over to impress Greg. CC and Greg have lunch and get acquainted. Eden and Kelly take the baby for a walk and talk about where Hollis keeps her important papers. Cruz arrives at Ric's, but nobody is home. Emily goes to see Greg and he comments on how different she is then yesterday. Augusta comes to help Julia with her wedding plans and they then talk about Mason and their father. Ted introduces Mason to Megan's son. CC comes in and Mason wants to have a wedding rehearsal dinner there. Cruz and Eden keep missing each other in Paris. Mason gives Julia a designer dress to wear to the party. While walking the baby, a passerby comments how she looks like Eden. Cruz is at a caf� having lunch when Kelly spots him and walks the other way. Eden is in the park having a sketch drawn of her as Cruz continues to search for her. Mason and Julia prepare to go to the rehearsal dinner from their office, but they decided to stop the elevator between floors for a little romance first. When Cruz goes to the Eiffel tower he spots Eden through a telescope.

#032(F): Gina is at the Lair with Bunny. He thinks she is this wonderful singer, thanks to her new friend Cassie,who hides behind the curtain as Gina lip sings. Mason and Julia straighten their clothes out before restarting the elevator. Everyone is waiting for their arrival at CC's house. Cruz takes off to the spot he saw Eden at. Julia starts to get cold feet about the wedding, but Mason tells her she has to walk down the aisle with him. Kelly finds Eden and tells her she saw Cruz, so Eden takes off for the house with the baby. Megan tells Sophia off about the charade she pulled in New Hampshire. Cruz finds the sketch artist, but Eden is gone. He buys the sketch and takes off. Eden and Kelly get back with the baby and Hollis and Ric are upset she was gone so long. Julia tells Mason they should wait until Cruz and Eden get back from Paris to get married. Eden talks with Hollis about having "Cherise" and Kelly overhears Ric on the phone,talking about wanting the "goods". Kelly tells Eden what she heard and about Ric flirting with her. The phone rings and Kelly quickly hangs up saying with a French accent no english. She tells Eden it was Cruz on the other end. Cruz heads to Ric's house and meets Hollis at the front door. She invites him in and he sees Ric. They exchange an uncomfortable greeting to each other, then Ric calls "Nancy" to bring the baby out. Cruz stares at Eden holding the baby.

#033(F): Mason wakes up from a dream about the wedding,and Julia asks what is wrong. Celeste and Scott joke around in bed,until he tells her he has to go back to work. Greg gives CC cpr after he falls to the floor with chest pains. Megan calls for an ambulance. Cruz sees "Nancy" as Ric shows Cruz the baby. After asking if he would like to hold her, Ric apologizes for not realizing it is too soon for Cruz. Julia tells Mason it's okay that everyone gets scared to get married,when the phone rings about CC. Sophia and Ted get there as CC is on the stretcher being prepared to go to the hospital. Cruz leaves a hint for Eden to meet with him. Cruz and Ric start to bicker, so he prepares to leave. He then sees "Beth" when she hands him his jacket. Eden sends Kelly out with a message to Cruz. Celeste tells Heather Scott is running the lab test again to be sure they didn't overlook anything. Scott is at the hospital as they bring in CC. He tells Sophia he will check on him for her. Heather tells Scott he has no right to run the test again. Eden meets with Cruz and they hug and kiss. The doctor says CC had a mild heart attack and he needs to change his diet. Eden tells Cruz to listen and keep an open mind as she explains to him what is going on. Cruz says the baby doesn't have the birthmark,the blood types are different,where is the evidence. Eden tells him when she holds her she knows she is Adriana,and she needs a couple of days to find the prove. He agrees to help her with this and she gives him her hotel room key and they arrange to meet there later. When Scott comes back, Celeste spills the beans about Heather and the baby. Eden goes to the hotel room to see Cruz.

#033(F): Scott asks Celeste what she is talking about. He then figures out Heather didn't have the abortion. They then argue about her keeping it from him. Megan goes in to see CC. He complains about being in there. Eden and Cruz make a wish on a shooting star. They make a deal to concentrate just on them for that night,and they head off to enjoy the night life of Paris. Scott and Celeste argue and she's afraid she'll lose him. He tries to reassure her that won't happen. Scott then finds Heather talking with Michael. He tries to talk to her but she is angry. Ric questions "Beth" about her life and working for him now. Heather insists this is her baby and she's raising it alone. Cruz and Eden sit in bed and talk about the situation with Ric. Kelly goes to the hotel room and tells them about Ric coming on to her. Cruz still doesn't see how Cherise could be Adriana. Scott and Celeste talk after his meeting with Heather and he says he needs to talk to a lawyer. Cruz wakes up from a dream about Adriana and he tells Eden in his dream she looked like Cherise. He tries to stay logical about it,but he is confused. Eden says he just has to hold her and he won't have anymore doubts,and she will arrange it.

#033(F): Julia stands in front of a mirror and tries on her veil. Mason says they will get married once CC is better and Cruz and Eden return. Michael works with Missy, the girl from the beach bar, to teach her to read. Eden talks to Cruz on the phone and tells him all he has to do is hold her and he'll know she is Adriana. They arrange to meet in front of Luxembourg fountain. Lisa feels a need for a drink, but she can't reach her sponsor to help her. Kelly hears Ric arranging a secret meeting. Hollis catches Eden on the phone,but Eden covers. Kelly tells Eden what she heard and she is going to follow him. Eden brings the baby for Cruz to see, and he holds her, but still doesn't know what to make of this feeling he has. Kelly comes and tells them what she saw with Ric and the diamonds. Cruz tells Eden to leave the pantry door unlocked and when they are asleep he will sneak in and search. Lisa calls Mason for help when she gets scared she will take a drink. Eden and Cruz search for any evidence that will prove the baby is Adriana. They find a note about rocks, as in diamonds. Cruz searches the jewelry box for the ring when they hear someone coming. Kelly hides them and Ric comes in and asks what she is doing there.

#033(F): Gina is with Bunny at the Lair, looking at her picture. She calls Cassie to come down, but Vanessa stops her on her way out. Mason tries to get Lisa to tell him where she is,but she hangs up. Eden and Cruz stay hiding as Kelly covers with Ric about why she is there. Ric is ready to open the door they are behind when Hollis calls him downstairs. Cruz tells Eden to watch the door as he searches and finds the doctors receipt in French dated Feb 11^th. When Ric comes back Eden covers by saying she is looking for the baby's blanket and gets Cruz out. Cruz and Eden listen from the pantry as Ric and Hollis argue. She tells Ric to invite Cruz to dinner and let him see how he is living,Eden encourages Cruz to accept when they call him. Mason and Julia find Lisa's journal at the office and there is a lead in there to where she may be. Cruz looks into the doctor's receipt. Hollis asks Nancy and Beth to help her serve dinner to her guest-Cruz. She goes on to insult Cruz's wife, and Eden decides not to take this laying down. She gets revenge by sabotaging the dinner. Cruz arrives for dinner with them and Kelly pours the wine,and it is bad. Next, Eden gets the soup and it is oversalted. Cruz tries to get them to talk about the ring, but she says she keeps it locked up and wears it on special occassions. Eden smirks as their dinner turns to shambles. As Eden clears the dishes Cruz looks at her with a knowing look on his face. After getting in another argument with Ric, Cruz says he is leaving Paris tomorrow. Eden goes to the hotel room to see Cruz and he says that was for Ric's benefit, but he didn't appreciate her trying to poison him at dinner. They laugh about it and then spend the night together.

#033(F): Megan is writing about her life,but as a character in a book. CC talks to the nutritionist about his new lifestyle. Hollis goes to get her ring out of the safe as Kelly watches her. Cruz and Eden are in bed and she goes to get up to go back with the baby. He notices the birthstone and Eden says she carries it around for luck. Kelly comes and tells them about Hollis wearing her ring, but she wasn't able to see it, because she didn't want to get caught. Bunny blast Gina for lying to him about signing. Cruz plans to go back to Ric's and crack open the safe. Eden is with Kelly when Hollis reprimands "Nancy" for staying out all night. Eden decides to follow Hollis to her appointment. Cruz talks to Claude about the doctor and learns he is a plastic surgeon. Eden listens to Hollis conversation and learns Hollis needed to have a baby to get her money. Ric hits on "Beth" again,as Hollis walks in and catches him. Cruz goes to the doctors office and foreces him to admit he removed a birthmark from a baby, and the birthmark was in the shape of the sun. Eden goes to the hotel room looking for Cruz when Kelly walks in and tells her about Ric and then gives her the message from Cruz to meet him at the Eiffel Tower. Eden sees Cruz there and tells him about Hollis as Cruz tells her about the doctor removing the birthmark and that Cherise is Adriana. Kelly follows Ric on his secret meeting, but he catches her this time.

#033(F): CC is trying out his new treadmill,complete with video. Megan is in New Hampshire to celebrate Greg's finals with him. Ric asks Kelly why she followed him,he then drags her down the street. Cruz and Eden talk about how they are going to get Adriana back, since Hollis went to so much trouble to get her,she's not going to hand her over. Cruz says they need to confront Ric,because he is not a kidnapper. Megan has a memory of her and CC in Paris when she was 17 and she asks Greg what he thinks of the pages she wrote.He's intrigued by her story and she goes on to tell him she was pregnant. Greg is shocked to learn CC is his real father. Cruz and Eden head back and look for Hollis. While they are there talking she overhears them and watches them head out to find Ric. In the meantime Ric questions Kelly and thinks she is a spy for the "African connection" and he takes her back to the house. Ric gets out of a cab with Kelly and is shocked to see Cruz and "Nancy" together,until he learns she is Cruz's wife, Eden and "Beth" is Eden's sister Kelly. Cruz tells Ric about the baby and shows him the sketch of the ring. He says Hollis gave birth to a baby,if Cherise is Cruz's daughter, where is his baby. They then discover the safe is wide open,and Cruz yells at him what did he get his baby involved in. Eden runs to check on Adriana and the door slams shut as she screams for Cruz to come and help.

#034(F): Julia is at the office with Mason,still working,when Scott comes in with Celeste to talk to them about Heather. Greg goes to see Megan about going to Santa Barbara with her. He wants to take it slow with the news of his new found father, CC. Eden calls for Cruz to help after the nursery door slams shut. She tells him someone locked it from inside,and he kicks it in, but the baby is gone. Mason leads Scott to believe joint custody to a married couple might influence a judge. Eden sits in the nursey as Cruz comes back and says he doesn't understand how Hollis got away so fast. Cruz wants to report it to the police,but Ric says no cops,and they'll find Hollis and the baby, but they will do it his way. Mason and Julia are on opposite sides of Scott's case. Cruz asks Ric who is out to get him and why. Kelly tells them what he said to her about the African connection, and Ric tells him it involves a diamond smuggling operation he is involved in. He explains how he has been skimming off the top with some excellent fakes. He then gets a phone call and Cruz listens on the extension. They tell Ric to meet them tomorrow morning with their stuff, or there will be an "accident" with a mother and a baby. Heather goes to see Scott and Celeste and yells at them for sending Julia on her. Eden worries something will happen to Adriana, and Kelly tries to reassure her. Ric gives Cruz the diamonds-hidden in the baby's crib. Eden tells Cruz she is scared of Ric and wishes he could do the exchange himself. She then warns Ric if anything happens to her baby because of him,she kill him with her own hands. Ric sits in the nursey and holds one of the baby's toys as Kelly walks in. Cruz and Eden sit in the living room and he says it will be over very soon.

#034(F):Laura rehearses the graduation speech,when some of her students bring her a present. Michael talks to Heather about why she is so tense,and she snaps at him. Scott and Celeste then walk in and she argues with him, as Michael tries to be a referee. Cruz prepares to meet the people holding the baby and Hollis. Eden is in the nursery pacing when Kelly comes in. She then goes out and tells Cruz she is going with him to get Adriana. He tells her it's too dangerous, and Ric yells to stop calling her Adriana. Cruz then explains how he has to watch his back and Ric as well. Cruz and Ric then leave for the meeting as Eden and Kelly stay behind. Scott and Celeste talk about what happened with Heather,and how this is going to get worse. Cruz and Ric discover the whole "exchange" is a setup arranged by Hollis to throw them off track. Scott imagines his daughter around age 5 and how hard it will be to explain the situation to a child. Eden and Kelly talk about Hollis taking the baby and how someone could do that. Eden then says she remembers how she thought Hollis was getting suspicious of them,what if she checked out their references and had something planned. They then start searching the desk,and Eden comes across a note"don't forget to check MaryAnn". Cruz and Ric come back and tell Eden it was a set up. Eden asks Ric who is Mary Ann,and he says it is their yacht. Cruz tells him to take them their. They get there and find Hollis with the baby. They walk up to her and Cruz says they came for the baby.

#034(F):Megan and Greg are driving and talking about CC being his father. She tells him it is up to him if he want to tell CC. Sophia argues with CC about excerting himself on the threadmill. Julia and Mason are discussing precedents for Scott's case against Heather. Cruz, Eden, Kelly and Ric approach Hollis. She tells them to stay away, that this is her baby. Eden tells her she knows what she is going through, she knows what it is like to lose a baby. Hollis says she loves this baby and gave birth to her,but Eden tells her she had a beautiful baby and she died and she does know what that feels like,because she thought Adriana was dead. Hollis yells to stay away.Sophia tells Megan she knows Joe Hughes, was killed three years before Greg was born. Megan finally tells Sophia about her one night in Paris with CC. Hollis finally tells them about the baby and how she died. Cruz tells her they understand, but she has to give them back their baby, everyone now knows the truth. She cries about loving her,and how she needed to have her to keep Ric and her money. Cruz begs her to give him the baby, and she finally hands her over to Cruz, who then hands her to Eden and they walk up the stairs.As Ric is talking to Hollis, she falls in the river,and he jumps in after her. Eden and Cruz go inside a restaurant, and he asks if she is okay. Kelly comes in and tells them what happened and Cruz tells Eden to take the baby back to the hotel and he'll catch up with her.Cruz and Kelly stand on the river bank watching as Hollis is declared dead. Cruz tries to comfort Ric, but he tells him to stay away. Eden calls CC and tells him to say hello to his granddaughter. Cruz talks to Claude about Cherise being Adriana. Ric comes in and Claude says he will take care of the red tape so Cruz can take his baby home. Cruz tells Ric he is truly sorry for everything.Mason, Ted, Julia,Wanda,Greg and Emily all attend the beach party together. Sophia later goes to Julia's and tells them Cruz and Eden found Adriana. Eden is in the hotel room holding Adriana on the bed when Cruz comes in and they finally have their family reunion.

#034(F): Julia and Mason talk about Adriana coming home so now they need to set a wedding date. Greg talks to Megan about CC's house being so hugh and how he doesn't want to interfer when Eden calls from Paris. She tells him he has a right to be there,because one day she may be calling him uncle Greg. Sophia and Ted are talking at the beach bar about when Eden first called to tell Sophia about Adriana,and they both start to get emotional. When the baby starts to make noise, Eden and Cruz both jump up to check on her. CC arranges for the company jet to pick them up. Mason and Julia arrive to wait for Eden's call,and they announce the date for their wedding, June 2^nd. Eden tells Cruz she wants to have Adriana christened before they go home. Cruz then sets out to find a church. Kelly returns Ric's keys and he is in bad shape.She tries to help him, but he is not interested. Eden calls fromParis and talks to everyone.She tells Sophia about the christening and Sophia says they will hold their own ceremony there at the same time. Cruz finds Kelly at Ric's and tells her of the christening as Ric walks in. Cruz tells Ric he wishes she didn't end up with him, but because she did she was well taken care of. He then leaves with Kelly. Cruz returns to the hotel with flowers and tells Eden of the church for the christening. Kelly comes in with a christening gown. Adriana is baptized as Ric watches from in back of the church then leaves.

#034(F): Michael is visted by an old friend from his police days. Cruz watches Eden sleeping and she asks if she was snoring. He asks how many times did she get up to check on the baby and they joke about it.When the baby cries,they both go running and pick her up. Cruz is holding Chip and Eden is holding Adriana,while she is on the phone with Kelly discussing Capwell business. Cruz then goes to his office and is surprised by the men there with a little police uniform for the baby. Ethan offers him a promotion to captain, but he turns it down, saying he needs to get reacquainted with his daughter.Scott sees Heather at the hospital and she tells him she is having a sonogram. He asks to wait to see how it goes, and she agrees. Celeste goes to Cruz and Eden's and brings a gift for the baby. Eden introduces her to Adriana. Cruz meets with Sandra to release her from protective custody. She wants to meet the baby, but Cruz thinks they should go their separate ways. Scott and Heather look at the sonogram and share a cordial moment,until he asks one to many questions,and she gets angry at him again. Michael goes to see Cruz about someone who is out to kill him. His name is Leo Mitchell and it was during his police days. Scott and Celeste talk about his run in with Heather. Eden is on the beach with Chip and Adriana when Sandra comes and asks to hold the baby. Eden finally allows her to hold her for a minute. Cruz comes home and Eden tells him of Sandra's visit.

#035(F): Scott and Celeste talk about her being afraid to tell him of her past. Mason and Julia are at the office having pre-wedding jitters. Michael talks to Laura about Leo Mitchell being on his way there to get him. Gina treats Brandon to a hot fudge sundae, and gets him to admit he got a wedding invitation. Scott tells Celeste a secret he has been keeping, his mother was a hooker,and his father threw her out when he was eight. He has always had a problem since then dealing with woman. Now that he has shared his secret, he encourages her to share hers with him. She tells him she may not be able to have children,after the doctor said he found a problem. Heather is subpoenaed by Mason and Julia,who are representing Scott in the custody suit. Julia and Mason work on the last minute details of their wedding.

#035(F): Ric is passed out on the couch, not aware someone is pounding on the door,when Claude finally enters. Mason and Julia sneak in Cruz and Eden's and he places a wedding invitation in Adriana's crib. Cruz and Eden are on the plane coming home when they talk about it being five years since she returned from Europe,and she tells him because of him she became the person she is. CC has bought out every toy store in sight. Ric learns he is being thrown out of Paris and has 48 hours to leave. Eden and Cruz finally bring Adriana home. She suggest showing Adriana her nursery. The family all arrives at the house to see Adriana. Cruz tells Sophia she should have the first look. While in the nursery Eden and Sophia talk about Adriana and how Eden was as a baby. Cruz makes a toast and thanks each of them for their part in making this dream come true. Then, they all charge up the stairs to the nursery. They circle the crib and join hands. Eden and Kelly finally learn of CC's heart attack. Cruz's mother sees Adriana again for the first time. Later Cruz talks about Ric and how he was the father figure for him. Meanwhile Ric is making plans to go to Santa Barbara.

#035(F): Celeste talks to Lisa about her past and how it all started. She tells her how she tried to tell Scott,but she couldn't. Mason and Julia arrive and sample a cake for their wedding cake. Gina is mad at Bunny for telling Brandon to take his friend ,Anecia to the wedding instead of her,until he tells her she can go with him. Scott is at Celeste waiting for her. When she comes in her tries to comfort her. Michaels' friend Jeff suggest he go to Boston, but he says he'll handle Leo on his own. Mason takes Julia to a romantic dinner. Scott thinks Celeste is upset because she went to see Cruz and Eden's baby,and she was thinking about what the doctor told her.

#035(F): Mason is with CC and Kelly, nervous before the wedding rehearsal dinner. Eden is holding Adriana, trying to stay calm before a thunderstorm hits. Julia is with her, and is a nervous wreck. Cruz tells Michael the Mexican cops have lost Leo for the moment. Sandra is at the beach bar and gets a vision and runs off. Greg invites Missy to the dinner party, as Megan invites Emily for him. Sandra goes to Cruz and Eden's and tells him about the man she saw, but all she can tell him is he is full of hate and he is coming. As the storm hits,the lights go out. Eden looks towards the terrace doors, and Ric is standing there. Cruz introduces him to the rest of the family. They all wonder what is going on with his sudden arrival. They then all join in a family hug to celebrate Mason and Julia's upcoming wedding.

#035(F): Laura has a dream that Leo shot Michael. Boswell goes to see Cruz and tells him about Ric calling a local fence they have been watching. Eden comes down with Carmen and he tells them about Ric.While Ric is in his room, his old "friend" Johnny Navaro, the fence, pays him a visit. Mason climbs in Julia's bedroom window with flowers on their wedding day. They both then start to hyperventilate, and share a paper bag. Eden encourages Cruz to talk to Ric, since she doesn't think he came there to get back at him. Kelly sees Ric at the Orient Express and he tells her if he has any problems with his room, he will let her know. Sandra is sitting at a nearby table and introduces herself to Ric. She mentions knowing Cruz and they decide to get better "acquainted" in his room. Cruz is talking to Adriana when Eden comes in with Kelly and tells Cruz Ric has taken a room at the Capwell hotel-----the Santa Cruz suite. Cruz heads there to see Ric,and encounters Sandra,who comes to the door wrapped in a sheet.

#035(F): Cruz and Ric argue about his meeting with the fence. Cruz then tells Ric he and Sandra can go play house,and he walks out. Laura and Michael share a passionate kiss in his room. Mason and Julia share one last chat before their wedding. Cruz goes home and tells Eden about Ric and Sandra,and how they are probally sticking pins in a little Cruz doll as they speak. Eden plans to lend her earrings from her wedding to Julia. Mason comes to see Cruz and asks for his gun. Eden comes in and they kiss and Mason says that is revolting,and worries about turning into them. Ric shows up at the wedding with Sandra. Cruz wants to throw them out, but Eden tells him to just let them be. Mason is reading his vows when Gina sneaks in. They share a friendly conversation ,until Sophia comes in and sees her and locks her in the closet. The wedding begins and it is beautiful and funny, as Mason, who has forgotten his vows, and Gina how is in the closet reading them, reads his grocery list of butter,milk and ground beef to pledge to Julia. They are finally married, but he almost forgets to kiss the bride, until Julia reminds him.

#036(F): Kelly has a few chosen words for Ric and Sandra as they go to the reception. CC comes up to them and Ric introduces himself formally to CC, as CC shows him around to some of the guest. Eden and Cruz go home to get the kids. Carmen is concerned about Ric and his behavior and refuses to go. Eden talks with her about Cruz and Ric's father leaving when they were so young. Mason and Julia arrive for their reception,and they make toasts to each other. CC asks Ted to show Greg around,since he is so new to the place. Eden and Cruz arrive with the kids,and when Megan goes to hold the baby, Sophia swoops in and takes her. Cruz talks with Eden about Ric being there, and she tries to show him their problems began when their father left,but he doesn't want to talk about that. Ted invites Greg to go surfing with him. Mason and Julia feed each other the cake and have the first dance as a married couple. CC has given them the jet to go anywhere they like as a present, but they decide they have to many and pass the trip on to Cruz and Eden, since their trip to Paris was anything but a vacation. They decide to go to Acapulco, and Eden gets an idea to locate his father while they are there. As Kelly is holding Adriana, Ric comes up to her and he holds the baby. Cruz comes and sees this and takes her from him. Eden comes and tries to smooth things over between them, to no avail. They go home and he regrets taking the baby from Ric like he did. They then talk about their upcoming trip. Mason and Julia parachute to their honeymoon site.

#036(F): Eden calls the hotel in Mexico to see if Rafael is still working there. Michael prays for God to forgive him for what he is going to do to Leo Mitchell. Carmen talks to Eden about Ric being questioned at the police station. She goes on to say he is like his father, which leads Eden to to her of the idea to find him and reunite Cruz with his father. Julia and Mason are sitting outside the tent of their honeymoon location. Heather and Celeste both show up at Michael's looking for him. He comes in and covers. Cruz questions Ric at his office about the stolen diamonds and if he sold them to the fence.but Ric won't tell him what he already knows. Heather sees Scott at the country club, and they share a cordial moment. She suddenly feels the baby kick and allows Scott to feel it. Cruz tells Michael while he is in Mexico Boswell will be in charge. Scott meets up with Celeste and he tells her of his seeing Heather,and suddenly gets very quite. Cruz comes home and they leave for their trip to Acapulco.

#036(F): Gina talks with Bunny about her "act" at the club. Michael is preparing himself for Leo's arrival. Scott and Celeste walk in on a guy who broke in the clinic. Cruz and Eden arrive in Acapulco. Eden sets out to locate Rafael. The guy covers for why he is in the clinic. Scott examines him and sees the gunshot wound. He claims to have gotten it cleaning his hunting riffle. Scott goes to the waiting room and tells Celeste to call the police, but when he goes back to the exam room, he is gone.Eden returns to the hotel room and meets Cruz cousin, Isabella. They then get ready to have a good time. Scott and Celeste go to the Lair where Heather is. They talk about the guy at the clinic,and how he had a gun shot wound and left before he could treat him. As they are talking Celeste overhears Bunny describe the same man to the cops.Eden and Cruz go to dinner and she tells him she feels like she has taken him from his family after seeing him with his cousin. He assures her he is where he wants to be. A magician is performing a trick and when he notices Cruz and Eden, he leaves. Eden watches him and she tells Cruz she needs to excuse herself and goes to check the magician out. She learns he goes by the name Mago, and she heads to his dressing room. She tells him she knows who he is and calls him Mr. Castillo. He lets her in and she tells him who she is and tells him about his family and he needs to talk to Cruz. Leo sneaks up on Michael and Laura and he holds them at gum point and goes on about their past involvement.

#036(F): Kelly is at the Lair and Ric sees her and tries to get her jealous by kissing Sandra. Cruz is sitting at the table waiting for Eden to return from the ladies room. Eden is talking to Rafael and tells him he needs to talk to Cruz, but he insist Cruz doesn't want to see him. She goes on to tell him about Ric and that he has two grandchildren and they are there so he can meet them. Leo holds Laura and Michael at the beach with a gun. Rafael finally agrees to meet with Cruz. She heads back to the table and he sees the grin on her face and thinks she is hiding something. Michael and Leo struggle as Laura picks up the gun. Michael then knocks him down to the ground. Ric comes up to Kelly and she tries to warn him about Sandra. Kelly meets with an someone who informs her there is a leak of high security documents from the Tokyo office. Cruz and Eden head back to the room,and when he tries to get romantic he sense she is holding back something from him. He gets her to admit she has a surprise for him. Kelly goes to Mason's office and surprises Lisa who is still there. Mason and Julia come in and she tells them of the security leak and how it appears a take attempt is in the works. Cruz and Eden head back to the restaurant,and she slips saying he'll be here any minute. She finally tells him it's his father and he is not happy,but agrees to stay.As Rafael is getting ready to meet with Cruz, he's approached by someone. Michael turns over Leo to the border patrol police in Mexico, but he swears he'll get back and finish the job.

#036(F): Michael and Laura are sitting in the car, unable to go back with the fog. Leo plans his escape from the Mexican jail. Ethan sees Heather and tells her neither Laura nor Michael came home last night.Eden talks to the hotel manager, as Cruz listens in. He tells her if Mago doesn't show up, they will need to replace him. Cruz feels his father has conned her and he took a hike. She is concerned something is wrong. He then goes to his father's room to check. Julia goes to the office and talks to Lisa and assures her Mason will find the leak in the company. Cruz finds a trunk full of articles on him at his fathers'. Scott and Celeste go to see Julia about the custody suit. Cruz comes back and Eden tells him about the other magician, Dr. Mephisto, who was seen leaving Rafael 's dressing room. He finally agrees to solve this mystery and heads to doctor Mephisto's. Celeste, Heather and Julia all gang up on Michael and try to learn what is going on with him. Ric confronts his mother about what is going on with Cruz and Eden, and she slips and tells him about Eden looking for his father. Cruz talks to Mephisto, and he denies seeing Rafael, but Cruz sees a book that looks like the ones his father has and one of them is missing. Cruz comes back and tells Eden about his encounter. He wants to enjoy the rest of their vacation, but she tells him they can't because Ric is on his way. Lisa gets nervous and calls someone about Mason's call to Julia. The person tells her to make copies of all the Capewell Enterprise files she has there.

#036(F): Greg tells Megan he doesn't fit in with these people and she tries to calm him down, when Ted comes in to get him for their surfing engagement. Kelly meets with CC at the Lair and he's concerned the business is too much for her to run without Eden there. Ric arrives and wants to know what is going on. Eden tells him off when he starts to get too arrogant. Kelly plans a birthday dinner for Sophia at the Lair. Ted and Greg argue about Ted being forced to be his tour guide. Eden tries to explain to Ric about her plan to find his father. Cruz comes back and tells Ric he wasted a trip because their father doesn't want to see them, but Eden is determined to get them together. Eden, Cruz and Ric go back to Rafael' s room to look for any clue there may be, when Ric sees the trunk, but there is nothing on him in there. Eden calls Sophia for her birthday and then talks to Kelly about business. After hanging up,she argues with Ric and tells him about her mother being gone when she was a kid. Cruz comes back and tells them about Mephisto and he is going to search his place when he is at dinner. After Cruz leaves, Ric comes up with a plan for him and Eden. They go to the restaurant and Ric approaches Mephisto as a fan,but he gets thrown out. Cruz searches the castle and hears someone yelling for help. He then finds a secret wall,and enters it and goes down a chute. He is then in a maze of mirrors and a wall of nails in this weird magicians' haunted house.

#038(F): Gina gets a signing birthday message from someone dressed as a matador. Sandra goes in the Lair and tells Ted and Wanda she feels something bad is going to happen. Leo is at the beach bar in the fog, looking for Michael, when he is shot and killed, then dragged and stuffed in a trunk of a car. Gina learns Keith sent the matador as a joke. Julia and Boswell are at the beach bar and she insist she heard a shot ring out. Laura goes home and has a drink, and acts very nervous and jumpy. Celeste is at the beach bar walking in the fog, when Scott comes up to her from behind and scares her. He asks where she was and she said she got lost in the fog. Greg tells Megan he is leaving because he doesn't belong there. Scott and Celeste end up at the Liar where Heather is also.They all talk about their search for Michael. Greg goes to tell Emily he is leaving and they share their first kiss. Heather starts to have pains,and Scott tries to get her to relax. Julia talks to Michael about sneaking out and he explains he was looking for Laura. Michael goes to the Lair after learning about Heather having cramps. Scott and Celeste come up to him as Boswell comes in with Julia and says they have found Leo in jail in Mexico. CC talks with Greg, and in the heat of the moment he blurts out he is CC's son.

#038(F):Eden talks with Sophia and Kelly on the phone,but she doesn't tell them about Cruz not coming back. Ric wants to call the police. Lisa is on the phone with her contacts, telling them she is faxing them the documents as they speak when Julia walks in. Lisa is able to think fast and covers what she is doing. Michael talks to Laura at the beach bar about the gun shot,as Ethan is hiding and listening. CC doesn�t believe Greg is his son until he tells him about the encounter with Megan in Paris 18 years prior. Ric and Eden talk to the police about Cruz being missing. Eden remembers what Cruz told them about Mephisto having the cops bought off, so she decides to go visit him before the cops do. CC and Greg argue as he tries to explain things to him. After talking with Mason, Kelly tells Julia someone is planning a hostile takeover of Capwell Enterprises. Eden goes to see Mephisto, and pretends she and Cruz are newlyweds and they had an argument and she knew he was going to talk to him, but he never came home. All Mephisto will say is he was there eariler in the day. Eden studies the house as he gives her a tour of it. When Eden returns she tells Ric of the conversation and he wants to go back there alone, but Eden insists she go with him. Once they are back there they locate a secret panel that opens a wall and they fall down a chute. Lisa is at the beach bar and she sees a helicopter landing nearby. She watches as the infamous Robert Barr gets off with his assistant, Reinfield. He tells her they can't talk there and leaves. Eden and Ric argue about which way to go and then get seperated.

#038(F): CC tells Ted and Kelly that Greg is their brother. Then he and Megan try to explain their past involvment, but Ted angrily runs out. Mason comes back from Tokyo and tells Julia someone big is trying to take over the company. Barr and Reinfield set up shop in the Capwell hotel as Lisa comes to see him. He tells her thanks to her, he has Capwell Enterprises right where he wants it. Ric ends up back in the living room with Mephisto and a cop,who is instructed to take him to the airport,while Eden is outside the house trying to get back in. Mason tells Julia they are to keep this news from CC and that Eden, Kelly and him are going to handle it. Robert pays Lisa for her spying on Capwell for him,and he wants her to get more information from Mason, in whatever way it takes. Eden gets back to the hotel room when Ric is escorted in with a cop. Ric gets Eden to give him her wallet and he buys them some time from the cops,enough to find Cruz they hope. Mason goes to his office and learns his desk was forced open. He gets suspicious and wonders if the problem began there. Eden and Ric forge and alliance. Kelly tells Mason about Greg being their brother. Robert watches some slides on the Capwell family,as Reinfield fills him in. Kelly calls Eden and she finally tells him about Cruz. She tells Eden she is coming there on the next flight. Eden tells Ric Kelly is on her way, and he tries to comfort her about Cruz. He then comes up with a plan to get back in the castle.

#038(F): Michael is walking along the beach, when Julia comes along and tells him Leo Mitchell is locked away in a Mexican jail. Laura is sitting at the beach bar thinking about the gun shot. Ethan brings her a drink and they end up arguing again. Lisa tells Mason she has had the locks changed and security is beefed up. Robert talks to Renifeld about CC placing the reins of the company to Eden and Kelly. She tells him she senses something personal for him in this take over. Eden is talking with Ric as Kelly arrives and wonders what is going on. Ric won't admit to Kelly he is there because he cares about Cruz and his father. Eden then fills her in on what is going on. Sandra tries to convince Mason she can help them, but Julia asks her to leave.Gina is watching and tells Sandra she would like to know who this important person is she sees. Ric has drinks with the architect that designed the castle,and she allows him to take the blue prints to study. Robert goes to the Lair and Lisa spots him and takes off. Eden asks Kelly to fill her in on the company problems and she says Mason is handling it. Gina tries to get Sandra on her side. Eden, Kelly and Ric study the blue prints, as Eden sets her plan in motion. Lisa goes to see Robert and complains about Sandra. Eden andRic sneak back in the castle and are confronted by Mephisto.

#038(F): Celeste goes to the beach bar and remembers hearing the gun go off. Scott comes to get her for the meeting with the judge. Michael and Laura talk and she tells him she thinks she still in love with him. Eden and Ric are confronted by Mephisto and she demands he tell her where Cruz is. In the meantime, Cruz is locked in a room trying to stay sane. Mason and Julia are in his office when he hears a noise and almost hits the judge who has arrived a bit early. Laura tries to explain to Michael how she feels like two separate people,and he tells her she should go back with her husband. After arguing with Mephisto, Eden and Ric get him tied up and go down the chute, again to try and find Cruz and Rafael. Scott and Celeste go to the Lair where Heather is. Celeste decides it is best for her to stay there and away from the meeting with the judge. Scott talks to Heather and tells her he wants to be sure she is up to this. Scott talks to the judge about Heather's health and how he is concerned about her. He goes on to tell the judge he just wants his chance to help raise his child. Eden and Ric go through the maze, with all it's challenges and finally find Cruz. He tells Ric to help him dig a hole in the wall to get to their father who is behind there and sick. Mason reminds the judge that Scott is seeking joint custody. The judge says she needs to gather more information before they will have the hearing.

#038(F): CC and Greg have dinner at the Orient Express, trying to get to know each other. Mason and Julia discuss the person who is attempting the take over. Robert talks with someone on the phone and orders them to get the permits needed to level the building he is buying. Gina still tries to get Sandra to work with her. Cruz and Ric kick in the wall and get Rafael out, then the four of them look for the way out. Sophia and Megan both happen to be at the O/E while CC is there with Greg,and they both tell him what a good father CC is. While CC is there he sees Gary Adams, Mason's appointment and he says he's glad everything is on track in Tokyo. This gets CC wondering and when Mason comes in he questions him,but Mason continues to hide the truth. Gina learns of Robert and goes to meet him. As Cruz,Eden,Ric and Rafael try to figure out which way to go,Mephisto appears. Rafael tells him to let them go and he'll give him his secret. Robert and Gina form the beginings of a "friendship" Cruz, Eden, Ric and Rafael return upstairs and Cruz figures out Mephisto is not going to let them leave. He then takes a drink and pours it on him and they struggle for his gun. Rafael jumps in between when it looks like Cruz is going to get shot and he takes the bullet for him. Eden and Cruz are checking on him when Mephisto tries again and Ric yells to Cruz to watch out and he shots him first.

#039(F): Gina is reading up on Robert Barr. Lisa warns Robert of Gina's reputation, and he tells her she has nothing to be jealous of, as Sandra is listening outside the door. Mason and Julia are at the Lair dancing. She tells him she wants to have another baby. Ric shots Mephisto before he shots Cruz. Robert goes to see Gina, and enters through the terrace doors. Eden tends to Rafael while Cruz and Ric talk to the police. Robert and Gina play a cat and mouse game and she tells him if he needs a woman to help bring the Capwell's down, he has come to the right place. Eden and Cruz return to the hotel to see the kids, as Ric looks on and feels weird. Cruz and Ric go to the hospital to see their father and he asks to talk to Cruz first alone.They agree to try and get to know each other again. Eden and Cruz bring the kids to meet their grandfather. Cruz tells him there will be a two week wait for the paperwork then he can go back to Santa Barbara. Eden packs to go home,as Cruz prepares to stay behind with Rafael until he can go back with him.

#039(F): Julia and Mason are at the office and he tells her he needs her to take on his cases,so he can concentrate on the attempted take over. Gina is aware she is being followed and tells Robert. CC is happy Eden is home and tells her about his big dinner plans for that evening. He goes on to question her about the company and she tries to reassure him things are fine. Kelly and Ric end up at a fishing cabin after going on a search for Rafael to find a person who is holding an envelope for him. Julia argues with Mason about their law firm and how he is handling this attempted take over on his own. Eden sees Greg and she's not aware of their new relationship. Gina goes to see Robert and tells him she lost her shadow. CC tells Eden about Greg,as he walks in and they have a heated debate. Kelly and Ric meet Pablo who gives them Rafael's envelope. Eden goes to see Mason about everyone believing Megan's story without checking. They then discuss the take over attempt,and he wants to continue to handle it alone. Eden tells him she wants to take over,and they argue about it. Eden ,Mason and Julia join Megan and Greg at CC dinner. When he proposes to Megan, again, she blows up at him and leaves. Mason gets a call about who Gina was meeting and goes to see, but Eden tells him she is going with him. Ric tries to get the envelope from Kelly while she is asleep,and she wakes up and they kiss.

#039(F): Sandra goes to Robert's suit with breakfast. She tells him of her vision,and he tells Renfield to get rid of her as Gina arrives. Eden and Cruz catch up on what is going on there on the phone, since he is still in Mexico with his father. Ric and Kelly walk in and they jokingly argue about who should hold on to the enevelope, as Eden watches them. Michael is at the beach bar, still thinking about Leo. Ethan sneaks in Michael's room and gets caught in the act by Heather. He tells her he is looking for proof Michael and Laura are having an affair. Ric notices the wad of money Sandra has, and she tells him she is now working for Robert Barr. He's curious about what she is exactly doing, but she stays mum. Eden and Kelly discuss the whole situation with Robert and the attempted take over. Scott brings Celeste to the house and shows her how he has completed the remodeling himself. She figures out he is not going to sell it, and he tells her that is where they first meet and he wants her to move in with him there. Ric meets Robert at the O/E and tries to talk to him, but he is not intersted. Kelly and Eden walk in and see Ric walking away from Robert's table, and Kelly asks if he knows who he was talking to. Scott and Celeste talk about the changes to the house and she feels weird about moving in a house that was his and Heather's. They get in an argument and she leaves. Brandon goes to see Robert and warns him to find another girlfriend,since Gina is off limits to him. Even after Robert tells him they are only business associates. Celeste later returns with her suitcases and she and Scott make up. After getting a search warrant for Michael's room, Ethan finds a pocket watch with the intitals LM, as in Leo Mitchell, and has Michael brought in for questioning.

#039(F): Gina is at the beach bar, where she buys up all the newspapers, then hand delivers one to CC, Eden and Mason. When CC reads it he calls Eden and Mason and they head to his house. Gina then goes to see Robert to tell him their mission was accomplished. He says this should raise CC's blood pressure a bit. Michael has been placed in jail and refuses to talk to Ethan without a lawyer. Sandra tells Ric she had a vision of a feeling like she was drowning. He shows her the newspaper and tells her he wants to be a part of the Barr organization. CC asks Mason, Eden and Kelly how long they knew Robert Barr was planning a take over attempt. He then yells at them for hiding the truth from him. After his tirade, he has a pain in his chest and they call the doctor. The doctor tells them CC has to stay away from business. Eden and Mason argue about him trying to take charge. After checking on CC, Eden tells Mason she should of trusted her instincts and told CC what was going on. They then discuss different strategies to use, and she tells him she is running the company now, not him. Julia goes to see Michael and yells at him for not calling her. He tells her he didn't kill Leo and explains how he found the watch in the sand at the beach. Eden is in Mason's office looking through some files with Kelly when Robert comes in. He tries to run his smooth operator act on her, by apologizing for the newspaper article, but Eden doesn't buy it. She defends her father and the company, as Robert eyes her up. Mason comes in and applauds Eden. Robert says everyone has a price, even loyal shareholders and he leaves. Ric goes to see Eden, Mason and Kelly with his plan, to be a spy for them in Robert's organization. They turn down his offer, but Kelly contemplates it in private. CC sneaks out of the house and goes to see Robert.

#040(F): Ric and Kelly talk about him work for her on this situation. Eden and Mason are talking about the beefing up of security of the offices, when Ted comes in and tells them he thinks he knows who the spy may be, Megan. Megan asks Greg if he has seen CC. She tells him what happened earlier when he learned about the take over attempt. CC talks with Robert as Gina looks on. He warns Robert he will never get his company. Kelly tells Ric they have a secret business relationship, that is it. Ted explains his theory to Eden and Mason, and Mason thinks it is far fetched, but Eden thinks Ted has made some good points, but they need to be careful how the handle it with CC. Mason learns Megan was doing interviews on another biography six months ago with Robert Barr. CC tells Robert he is back and Robert tries to goat him on, but CC doesn't budge. Julia gets a court order for Michael's release. Ted and Mason see Greg at the beach bar and they try to con him into believing they want to get to know him, but he sees through them. Eden goes to see CC and tells him about their hunch about whom the spy may be. She goes on to tell him about Megan's last assignment involving Robert, but he refuses to listen. Mason and Eden then argue again about who is going to actually run the company, as Kelly tries to referee them. They later try to work out a truce and end up smacking each other jokingly as they gather to watch the fireworks for the forth of July.

#040(F): Julia and Mason are in the office and he is preoccupied with the take over attempt to listen to her concerns about their law firm. CC is curious as to why Megan is reading the stock news in the paper and starts to get suspicious about her being the company spy. Ethan is working and decides to see if Laura is home yet, but she isn't. Michael wakes up on the beach after getting stranded there with Laura. After he sees Boswell at the beach bar, he gets chewed out by Heather for not telling her he was brought in for questioning by the police. CC has a meeting with Mason and they talk about Megan and the take over attempt. Ethan goes home and Laura is there. She finally tells him the truth about her son and Michael. Scott meets Celeste at the house and she gives him a piano for a house warming gift. He then shows her a letter he got for a residency in New York. Megan and Greg go to see CC at his meeting with Mason. She wants to know what is going on with all the questions.She then explains she only talked to Robert Barr once for 30 minutes about writing a book, but she couldn't wait to leave because she didn't like him. She then storms out. Scott checks about the residency offer and learns Heather's father arranged it so he would be away from the baby. He goes to see Heather and she denies having any involvement with it. CC tries to smooth things over with Megan. Scott goes back to the house and tries out the piano, as Celeste comes down and they discuss him not taking the offer from New York.

#040(F): CC argues with Mason about making him believe Megan was the spy. He yells back that he wants some power and he wants Eden's job. Eden and Kelly are at the Orient Express, where Robert is with Gina. Also sitting nearby is Ric and Sandra. When Robert approaches Eden and Kelly with some champagne to celebrate, Eden tells him she always drinks a toast to her family's success. After he leaves, Kelly takes the bottle back to his table, shakes it and spills it all over him and Gina, as everyone watches her. Ethan watches Michael's room through binoculars as Michael and Laura talk. Robert heads back to his place to change as Renfield helps Gina. He then goes over his plan with Renfield as Sandra listens in the partially opened door. Mason tries to convince CC he is the better choice as Eden walks in and she interrupts them and she and Mason argue. She goes on to call him a little worm that doesn't have the guts to face her. Eden tries to show CC she has done a good job of running the company. CC listens to them arguing then says neither of them will run the company, instead they will be joint CEO's. Sandra tells Ric what she heard Robert say about withdrawing his bid, then let the stock prices go down, then he will buy them all up. Eden and Mason discuss the option of working jointly in charge, after some thought, they agree to do it. Ric and Kelly meet at the beach bar and he tells her what he has learned about Robert. Kelly then tells Eden what she has come up with, but stays secretive about how she came up with it.

#040(F): Lisa goes in Mason's office and picks up his contract on the floor while he is asleep on the couch. She then calls Robert and tells him about Mason being co-CEO with Eden. Julia walks in and overhears her and wants to know what is going on. Eden and Megan have a heated debate at the house. Greg meets with Scott to get a paternity test done on himself. Ethan and Laura are very tense as she gets ready to participate in a road race. CC orders Eden to stop the sarcasm and suspicion towards Megan. Eden then tells him she is only stating what everyone else is thinking. Lisa tries to cover with Julia and she buys it. Scott hands Greg the test result,and then asks him how it feel to have a father he doesn't know enter his life. Mason and Julia discuss his contract with Capwell Enterprises,and they end up arguing because he didn't tell her beforehand. Eden and Ted are at the house when Julia comes in and they discuss Mason. Greg comes in and hands Eden the test results. CC tells her to put it away, but she reads it and it confirms he is CC's son. Eden apologizes to Greg for doubting him. Eden and Mason argue about his demands in the contract he drew up. She tells him she will send him her revisions, and if he doesn't like it, he can always cry to daddy that Eden is being mean to him again. Mason catches Lisa looking through his files. Ethan tells Michael and Julia they have found a body and they are arresting Michael.

#040(F): Eden and Kelly are at the house with the kids, trying to work on a solution to the take over. Mason can't believe Lisa is the spy, and he pretends he didn't catch her to see what she is up to. Michael insists to Ethan he didn't kill anyone. CC talks to Megan and she tells him she does have a secret, she is dying. She explains she has been sick for awhile with Leukemia, and there is nothing that can be done at this stage. Mason asks Lisa for the last months phone bills to try and figure out who she is working for. He sees a number he doesn't recognize and it is Robert Barr. After Julia figures out what Ethan is up to, she demands Michael be released. Eden is frustrated by a lack of sleep and the company problems, as Kelly sees Ric sneak in the back door. She asks if he has anymore news and he needs to check out a few things he says. CC feels helpless not being able to do anything for Megan. She makes him promise to look after Greg for her. Mason tells Julia about Lisa. Kelly meets with Ric and he tells her he has learned Robert is afraid of someone in business named Daniel Trask, and they can use this somehow to fend him off the company. Eden arrives at Mason's and they start to argue again as Julia breaks them up and Kelly comes in with the Trask idea. Michael starts to wonder if Laura killed Leo Mitchell. Megan tells Greg she is dying. Mason thinks Kelly's idea is a good on, and she and Eden leave to set it in motion. As Lisa goes to leave, Mason decides to turn the tables and spy on her.

#040(F): Ric is talking with Sandra, who is spaced out with a vision. She assures him it has nothing to do with the Capwells. Ethan is contemplating planting a listening device, but changes his mind. Eden, Mason, Kelly and Ted discuss Lisa being the spy. Mason says he is going to use her know to their advantage. Lisa is at the beach bar, when Robert shows up and they start talking about their meeting years ago, and she tells him they are done. He insists he needs her one more time then that is it. Mason explains his plan to leak phony information about the "Trask" meeting to catch who she is working for. Lisa shows up at the office and Mason sets his plan in motion. Lisa runs to Robert with the news and he sets out to locate exactly where Trask is. Ric meets with Kelly at the beach bar and after they talk, they end up kissing, as Sandra comes along and watches them, knowing Ric used her.

#041(F): Sandra comes up to Ric and Kelly and asks who is working for who. Robert meets with Gina and she says she would like to work together with him on this take over, and she tells him what she heard about Trask coming to town. Ted and Mason discuss Gina buying the whole story,as well as the newspapers. CC is spending some quality time with Megan. Scott and Celeste are at the house, where she is sitting at the piano. He wants to know what is bothering her. He knows it has to do with looking for Michael that night in the fog. She tells him she can't remember anything about that night,and he suggest talking to Heather. He goes on to say she may remember something to help Michael. Michael and Laura have made love, but she wants to stay with Ethan to protect him. Michael insists Ethan won't get him for a crime he didn't commit. Ric tries to calm Sandra down as Kelly leaves. Sandra tells Ric he was using her just like Cruz did,and then they argue. Robert learns "Trask" private jet has just landed in Santa Barbara. Heather goes to the house and compliments Scott and the great job he has done with it. Celeste comes down and they talk about the night of the fog and how she can't remember anything. They then head to the beach bar and fill Michael in on Celeste wanting to be hypnotized to try and remember what happened. Greg tries to come to terms with Megan's illness. Heather puts Celeste under and she returns to that night in the fog. She remembers seeing Ethan running. When Laura thinks it is too much for Celeste, she yells for them to stop. Sophia learns that Megan is dying and she tells her she is leaving town. Heather asks Celeste if she remembers anymore,and Scott wants to take her home. Heather tells Michael she saw who fired the gun, and all she needs to do is pull it out of her, and they will know who the real killer is.

041(F): Mason and Julia are sitting at the O/E reading the paper,when he gets a call from Robert to meet him in his suite. Kelly is at the beach bar talking about their plan. As they are talking Renfield hears them and runs back to tell Robert Ric is spying on him for the Capwells'. Cruz tries to surprise Eden with breakfast in bed to celebrate his return, but she surprise him and sneaks up on him. The doorbell rings and Cruz learns there may be a witness who saw Leo Mitchell's killer. Laura reads the headline about Michael and then calls him and leaves a message the she needs to meet with him. Sophia tries to comfort Greg about Megan leaving. Cruz meets an immigrant worker who tells Cruz what he observed the night of the murder. Robert tells Mason he will get Capwell Enterprises and tries to make Mason an offer. Mason threatens to expose him to the SEC for bribery. As he leaves, Renfield comes in and tells Robert about Ric. Michael brings Sandra to see Cruz after she comes to him. She tells him she doesn't know exactly yet where Leo's body is,but she has been getting visions. Cruz tells her when she does know to call Boswell. Michael is forced to tell Cruz about him and Laura and how he believes Ethan is setting him up. CC tells the family about Megan and they all agree to make him feel welcomed. Mason thinks they have defeated Barr and tells Eden and Kelly of his meeting with him. Robert summons Ric to his suite and confronts him about spying on him. He then presents him with a file he has on Cruz, and tells him he will give it to him, if he spies on the Capwells' for him. Robert then goes to see Eden at the house and tries to get her on his side.When Adriana cries she goes to check on her and Robert looks at Cruz and Eden's wedding picture. He tries to sweet talk her, but she is not interested in his offers. Cruz comes in and meets Robert.After a few words get exchanged, Robert leaves. Cruz tells Eden about the witness at the winery and she agrees to help him talk to the caretakers, since she knows them from when she was a kid. He tells her he doesn't like the way Robert looks at her, but she brushes it off as business.

#041(F): Ethan tells Boswell the ballistic report shows there were no finger prints on the weapon, but the gun is the same kind that Michael has. When Boswell asks for the report to put in the police files, Ethan stall him. Laura tells Michael she can't go back and forth between him and Ethan. As Ric tries to apologize, Sandra packs her things. Cruz has returned from Mexico with his father. He and Eden talk about him wanting to saw him in half,and they then invite Rafael to stay there in their house. When Kelly comes by she takes Rafael to see Ric, and Cruz and Eden share a private homecoming. While in the hot tub he talks about what little things his father has and how they need to get reacquainted with one another. He also tells her he wants to check on Michael, but before he leaves they have some fun in the hot tub. CC finds Megan at the airport but she insists she has to go, alone. Cruz goes to see Michael and they talk about what is going on with the DA. Ric comes back to Cruz and Eden's with Rafael, and he sees Carmen for the first time in years. They have a very tense encounter, and she leaves. When Cruz comes back they talk about missing each other while he was away.

#041(F): Julia and Mason are at the O/E, when Ted and Kelly come in with some stationary "Trask/Capwell" on it. Gina is there and sees it, as they hoped and she runs off to tell Robert. Eden and Cruz go to the winery to investigate what the witness saw. Michael shows up and Cruz tells him he can't be there, then Laura pops in as well. Ric is not sure the file is real, but Robert assures him it is. Scott is playing the piano when Celeste comes in and he asks what is bothering her. She says she loves to watch him play the piano. She later tells him she is afraid of going through the hypnotizes again. Cruz locks Michael and Laura in the barn while he searches. Scott takes Celeste to the O/E to cheer her up. CC talks with Mason, Kelly,Ted and Julia about this Daniel Trask rumor. Eden sees the caretaker as Cruz is settling in the guest in the barn. She introduces Cruz to the older woman and she tells him about the car she heard the night of the fog. After talking to Seth, her son, they go to the old grave yard and learn a grave was recently dug up. When Scott comes back to the O/E he finds Celeste sitting at the bar. She tells him she couldn't go through with it. After Ric is unable to find Cruz, he goes back to Robert's and agrees to his terms. He then tells him the Trask caper is a hoax. As Cruz and Eden look around they find a piece of material that looks like a sail and it appears someone may have been dragged there from the beach in it.

#041(F): CC, Mason and Julia are at Barrs' after being summoned there by him. Ted and Kelly next arrive. Robert comes out and tells them he's sorry Eden is not there for this as well, then he lets them know he's on to the Trask scheme. Cruz checks the grave, but there is nothing there. Eden tells him she saw a cruiser go by and they go to check it out. When they get there Ethan is attempting to arrest Michael, but Cruz tells him if he is going to arrest one, then he needs to arrest both Laura and Michael, so Ethan backs off. When Barr tries to work a deal with Mason, CC says he has no authority to do any such thing. Julia tries to comfort Mason when she finds him at the bar in the O/E. CC finds him there as well and wants to know what is going on. He is angry at them for keeping him in the dark again. Mason sees Lisa there and confronts her about selling him out to Robert. Cruz and Eden are in his office when she shows him a police report on a theft of a sail cloth the night of the murder. Julia comes in and tells her everyone is looking for her and the Trask gig is up. Mason fires Lisa after telling her they were trying to use her too. He wants to know why she did it, and she tells him Robert was the man she spoke of who left her waiting all those years ago in the motel room. She tells him there is one way to stop him, but it can't be done there, and Mason wants to do it. Eden goes to Robert's suit and they discuss the idea of a friendly merger. Mason packs his bags to leave. He sees Julia at Cruz's office and says a secret good bye. Eden goes home and she and Cruz talk about Robert and the company, and she's afraid he may just get it. Cruz tries to keep her optimistic as it looks bad.

#041(F): CC is working in his den, when Sophia comes in and makes him take a break. After reading Mason's letter, Julia sets out to find him. Cruz finds Eden downstairs on the couch when he awakens. He tries to show her she is juggling too much at once,and that she needs to have faith in herself,and she has him for back up on this Barr situation. After their heart to heart she heads over to CC's for a family meeting. Ric goes to see Robert to get the file he has on Cruz, but he doesn't hand it over. Julia blast CC for Mason taking off. CC tells them the company is in the worst shape it has ever been in, and as of that moment he is again CEO, and they discuss their next step, when Sophia comes up with an idea, a merger between Capwell and Armonti. CC thinks it is too risky, but she wants to do it. Eden and CC perpare the paperwork, and Sophia signs it. They then decided to tell Robert the good news. Cruz goes to see Rafael and invites him to stay in the loft above their garage. Ric goes there and sees Cruz there, after looking for him all day. They then get in an argument,and Rafael tries to play peacemaker. Robert is not taken aback by the merger and tells CC once he sets his sights on something, he usually gets it. Cruz goes home and Eden tells him about the merger and he tells her about Ric's outburst at his fathers'.

#042(F): Julia talks with Boswell about Mason leaving and he doesn't think it is a police matter. Robert blackmails Ric into working for him. Sandra sneaks in Michael's and gets a vibe off one of his shirts. He comes in and asks what she is doing there and she says she is trying to find a corpse. He remembers Laura wearing the shirt she is holding and he throws her out. Cruz and Eden both fall asleep working. She wakes up to find him asleep over his typewritter and he says he finished the report for Ethan. Ethan has Laura under house arrest,as Michael sneaks in. Cruz and Eden spend some time alone at the beach. Julia comes by to see Cruz about helping her find Mason. Cruz lets Ethan know he is not leaving Laura out of the Mitchell investigation, regardless of what he wants. Eden gets a hunch that Lisa and Mason both gone at the same time has something to do with Robert. Gina and Robert talk about his motives for wanting the company and he assures her it goes deeper than revenge. Cruz goes to talk to Laura and finds her there with Michael. He tries to tell them how this looks,as they try to protect each other. Julia and Eden go to see Robert about Lisa being gone,but he denies knowing anything. Eden stays and talks to Robert and they play a cat and mouse game about what he really wants.

#042(F): Julia talks with Michael about Mason taking off. He tries to reassure her he is probably working on some business with Robert Sandra goes to Cruz's and says she knows where Leo is buried, but won't tell him unless he works with her. He threatens to arrest her and she finally tells him. Julia comes by to give Eden some files Mason was working on, then she heads to the site with Cruz. After they leave, Eden sees Sandra standing in the doorway and Eden tells her she knows who killed Leo and when she mentions Laura's name, Sandra gets a weird look on her face. Scott and Celeste are talking about how she knew Leo from Los Angeles.She tells him she meet him at a party the modeling agency set up. He doesn't think that is is, why would she block out meeting someone at a party. She gets angry and leaves. Eden goes to Cruz's office and sneaks a look at the Mitchell file. Cruz and Julia find the well with the body in it, as Ethan comes from behind them. Heather goes to see Scott and Celeste about doing the hypnotize again to help Michael. Ethan prepares a warrant for Michael's arrest. Julia and Eden both think Laura is the killer and they head over to her house to see her reaction about the body being found. Celeste is put under again and she gets scared again as Scott interrupts this time. After talking with Laura, Eden heads back to Cruz's office. He yells at her for talking to Laura. Celeste meets with Heather at the Lair and tells her exactly how she meet Leo, when she was a hooker. Cruz goes to arrest Michael.

#042(F): Heather tells Celeste Michael was arrested and the only way to help him is to remember what happened. She's afraid Scott won't be able to handle the truth, but she agrees to do it. While under she remembers talking with Leo then running away from him then Michael had his back turned when the gun went off. She tells Heather she wants to know what happened then tell the police. Robert is liquidating his assets to buy up the Capwell stock,which has gone up since the merger was announced. Michael is booked and placed in a cell. Cruz goes down to see him, and he is sure it's not Laura. Gina offers Robert $4 million to get her hands on Armonti, and he reluctantly agrees. Scott goes to the Lair to find Celeste and Bunny tells him she left with Heather. Celeste tells Cruz what she remembers seeing and he tells her that won't hold up in court. They then talk about her past and she realizes she has to tell Scott before someone else does. Eden goes to see Robert and tells him it was a fair fight, and he says it's not over yet. Celeste meets with Scott at the beach bar. Before she tells him her secret, she tells him how much she loves him. She then starts to tell him about her past from the so called modeling that turned out to be an escort service. She tells him about Leo, and he is shocked by what she is saying. She says for years she was a prostitute. He then blows up at her and says he needs time alone and leaves.

#042(F): Cc and Sophia celebrate their merger with a party at the country club. Robert is still unable to come up with the necessary shareholders he needs to gain control. Ethan goes to see Cruz about the investigation, trying to see where it stands. As he is there talking, Michael is at the door for the same reasons. Ted talks to Julia about Mason and he found out he was in Rome,and Ted tells her he is headed there to find him. Michael talks to Cruz about Laura and how he doesn�t believe she is a suspect. Cruz tells him Ethan was just there with the same idea, but Cruz will not let them sway his opinions. Ted tells CC and Sophia he is going after Mason to help him, and CC wonders if he is running away from his newly founded brother, Greg. At the party, Cruz and Eden notice how close Ric and Kelly have become and he wonders what is going on with them. Cruz talks with Laura about her being an excellent archery person and he asks about hitting the target in the fog, as his suspicions of her grow.

#042(F): Celeste sees Scott at the hospital and he acts very coldly towards her. She tries to talk to him,but he is still very angry. She tells him their future is at stake and he needs to talk to her. CC is at the office monitoring the stock prices, as Sophia comes in with a blood pressure kit and tells him he needs to keep track of it. Ric tells Kelly Barr went to Las Vegas, and he will learn more once he searches his room. Eden is in Cruz's office reading an article on Robert. He tells her he knows the author of it and he called him to talk to him about it. Scott tells Celeste he doesn't have time to talk to her,and she says she is not leaving until he does,and he walks away. Cruz talks with Ray, the author of the article with Eden. At first he denies knowing more, then tells Cruz the higher ups at the magazine approved the article after he got too close to finding out something on Robert's past. He did learn his financial backing is from Vegas. Eden asks him about the statue, and he says Ondine, and that Robert has it with him everywhere he goes, but he has never spoken of it. Heather sees Celeste sitting in the hospital and tells her she will talk to Scott for her. CC tells Eden and Kelly of a shareholder they need named Benson. Eden remembers going to school with one of his daughters,and she arranges to meet with her to locate her father. Heather talks to Scott and he says he is working and to stay out of it, but he wants to know how long she knew about Celeste. Eden learns that Benson is in the mountains in his first mine. Celeste tells Scott she thought they could at least talk. He then argues with her about her past and says how will he know she won't want to go back to it again,thinking of his mother. She gets angry and storms out. Celeste goes to see Michael and tells him he was wrong about people understanding and accepting her,as she cries about Scott.

#042(F): Cruz calls Eden from Ethan's where he is investigating the break in to tell her he will be late. Robert returns from his trip and calls the private investigator to see what they have found on R J Benson. The investigator tells him he told his assistant,and Renfield insists she never spoke to him, then she remembers Ric being there. Robert arranges to go to the mountains where Benson is at. Ric and Kelly are stuck in his jeep waiting till morning to find Benson. A man with a rifle tells them to get off his property. When Kelly asks if he knows Benson, he denies seeing him. Cruz finds a medallion on the floor and he tells Ethan it will be in his report. Kelly calls Eden for some cash to bribe the bartender at a local pub that knows where Benson lives. Cruz shows Michael the medallion and he admits it is his and he was there early like he told him, but Cruz says it's evidence now. Eden arrives with the money and the bartender tells them where to find Benson. Robert is already there when Eden arrives, but he denies being Benson, until Eden tells him she remembers him. After listening to Eden and Robert try to sway his opinion, he heads to his mind. Eden tries to catch up to apologize with Kelly,while Robert tells Ric to keep them there he sneaks out the back and into the mine. Eden comes back and learns Robert is down there with Benson and heads down there as well. Cruz gets there after he learns Eden is up there and Kelly and Ric tell him they are all in the mine. While Eden and Robert are looking for Benson, they find each other in there. Cruz is in there calling for Eden and he hears her talking to Robert, who wants to head back to the cabin. A earthquake hits while Eden, Cruz and Robert are in the mine.

#042(F): CC is in the office with Sophia, Julia and Greg crunching numbers. He's in a panic because everyone is leaving, and he has no idea where Kelly and Eden are. Ric tells Kelly to stay in the cabin after the earthquake hits, but she refuse to listen and goes with him. Robert is on top of Eden trying to protect her from falling debris, when they realize they are trapped. He tells her Kelly is still up there so they will find them. Scott and Celeste are both at the house as she gathers her things. He wants her to take the piano, but she insists it was a gift to him. They then argue again about their situation. She tells him she doesn't want his forgiveness and gives him back his keys and leaves. Cruz meets up with Benson and he tells him his wife is in there and he has to get her.They then try to find another way in the part Eden and Robert are trapped in. Celeste returns back to her apartment and learns Lisa has left town. Emily asks if something happened with Scott, but she doesn't want to talk about it. Eden and Robert talk in the tunnel and he tells her the story of Ondine, the mermaid. Benson says they need to go back for help,but Cruz refuses to leave Eden down there. Celeste finally tells Emily the truth about her past. Benson comes back in his cabin and tells the sheriff to get help. Eden remembers the feeling of seeing water like someone was drowning as Robert talks of Ondine. She then hears a noise and goes to find a way out, when Cruz comes through the opening and she runs to him, as Cruz stares a hole through Robert. He tells her how he was right behind the wall when he heard her talking. Robert asks if they can go back up to the cabin and Cruz tells him not to touch anything he doesn't have to as they leave. Eden and Robert both try to get Benson's proxy, but he signs it over to Cruz. Eden calls CC to tell him and he tells her Capwell stock is at 57, and Robert snaps back and says he'll have to buy it then at 60, and walks out.

#043(F): Eden wakes up on the couch as Cruz tells her she needs to get some rest,since she didn't sleep much at all. He also tells her he has some information to check out on Robert that may help their side of this fight. Ric is driving and listening to the news about the take over attempt and how it appears Robert will win. CC is at the office working on bringing the stock prices up to 60. Robert is in his suite watching the stock prices as he tries to get more proxies. Ric comes in and he says he is very prompt,but then again, today is his big day. Michael calls Laura and she tells him she can't talk to him about Ethan. Robert tells Ric he is to spy at Capwell and report back to him. Eden goes in the office and listens to CC talking about spreading a rumor to get the stock prices to go up. Cruz comes in and says leave Barr to him. Michael goes to see Laura when she won't talk to him. He thinks Ethan is behind the murder and recent robbery. Eden uses some old connections to arrange televison coverage of the announcement. Ric comes in and Kelly tells him what they are doing, he then calls Robert to fill him in. Cruz is at Roberts' to take him in for questioning. At the news conference, Robert has planted a reporter to bring up Sophia's past involvement with the oil rig spill, but Sophia turns it around in there favor. Cruz questions Robert about his involvement with a Lockewood Adams. Robert only admits that he knows him and he thinks this is a ploy to help his father-in-law, CC, and they end up exchanging a few words. Robert then asks to make a private phone call. Ethan comes down to Cruz's office and tells him to let Robert go. Before he leaves, he tells Cruz,he guess his father-in-law is going to be upset. Ethan tells Cruz Roberts' connections go up to the top, and Washington called to have him released. Eden tells Kelly she is going to talk to Robert and try to stop him. She goes home and gets prepared for her encounter, as Cruz comes in and comments on how she looks. She tells him of her plan to try and reason with Robert. As Eden heads to talk to Robert,Cruz goes back in the office and they are watching the prices go up since the conference. Eden goes to Robert and tells him the company is like family to them and how much it means to her father. He stares at her intensely as she begs him to stop.

#043(F): Gina learns Robert is not buying up the stocks and worries about her investment. Robert stands there with Eden as Renfield tries to get him to give the okay to buy the stock. CC says he doesn't understand why Barr doesn't buy the stock, and Cruz tells him this is Eden's doing. The time runs out and the market closes,and Robert hasn't bought the stocks. Gina talks to Bunny about her situation with Robert not buying the stocks. CC prepares everyone for the next step. Cruz tells them Eden got him to back down. Eden thanks Robert as his phone rings, and he picks it up and takes it off. He then tells everyone to leave. Eden is shocked that she got through to him. He tells her the argument was more elegant and convincing then the others and he believed what she said. She then stares at the Ondine statue and sees water and blonde hair. Robert suggest again a merger between the two of them and she tells him she will tell the rest of the family of his offer. As she heads to the elevator, Cruz is coming up. He congratulates her on stopping Robert. While on the elevator, Eden is not there and Cruz asks what is wrong and she tells him what happened with Robert and not sure what to make out of it all. They then head back and tell CC of the merger offer, and she tells him Robert could have had the company if he wanted it. Sophia thinks they can use the merger idea as a way to buy some time. CC doesn't like it, but there is no other choice. Kelly and Ric talk in his room,and they end up kissing. Robert goes to see a house near Cruz and Eden's. Cruz calls to check on a person named Craig Hunt that is suppose to meet with Robert. Ric and Kelly are getting intimate when CC pounds on the door. Dante comes to see Cruz and he tells him to watch out for Hunt's arrival and get back to him. Robert decides the house is perfect for him when he learns he can see right down into Cruz and Eden's place.

#043(F): Ric opens the door and CC yells at him for giving information to Robert. Cruz talks to Dante and he tells Cruz Robert has bought the house on the bluff. As Eden is coming down to join Cruz in the hot tub, the doorbell rings, and it's Robert, who stares at her in the towel. He tells her he bought the house and he is their neighbor now. Kelly defends Ric against CC accusations, but when she asks Ric to tell her it's not true, he doesn't say anything. Cruz comes in and finds Robert talking with Eden. He says they need to discuss business, the merger in particular, as Cruz and Robert stare holes through each other. Later Eden tells Cruz how Robert wants a personal tour of Capwell holdings. CC later storms in Cruz and Eden's and tells them about Ric. Eden tells CC about Robert's newest request of the personal tour. Kelly goes to see Robert about Ric and he asks what is it with the Capwell women and the Castillo men. Cruz goes to see Ric,and he asks if it's true that he sold out his family to Robert Barr. Dante calls Cruz there and tells him Robert is meeting someone on the Capwell hotel roof. Eden goes up to the roof to see Robert, after learning he is up there. She tells him she will pick him up the next day for his tour. Cruz goes up there after Eden has left and he and Robert exchange barbs. As Eden is reading a file, she gets the same image again of water and blonde hair. Kelly goes back to see Ric and wants an explantion, but he says she is just like Cruz, and says he sold her out to the highest bidder and she slaps him and leaves.

#043(F): CC hands Ric his hotel bill and tells him to check out and to stay away from Kelly. Eden calls to have the helicopter ready for Robert's tour. Cruz goes to Robert's new house and tells him he can't proceed with the work on the house without a permit,and he can't get one without his neighbor(Cruz) permission, and he won't give it. Kelly goes to see CC and she tries to apologize for bring Ric into the company, but CC is angry about what was said. Eden goes to get Robert as Cruz is there talking to him. When Robert goes to get dressed, Eden picks up the Ondine statue and she and Cruz talk about what is going on. While Eden is giving Robert a tour of an oil rig, she twists her ankle. Cruz intercepts Craig's luggage at the airport. Robert helps Eden back to his house and as she is resting her ankle, Craig Hunt comes in, and mistake's her for Robert's secretary. Cruz finds a note for a limo Craig rented and he calls and pretends he is Craig and cancels it, and arranges for Dante to get a limo in it's place. Eden comes limping in and explains to Cruz what happened on the oil rig. She then tells him how she thought she saw herself drowning.

#043(F): Ethan and Laura plan a romantic dinner on the boat. While she is doing something, he checks to see if there is any news on Michael's case. Julia and Michael talk about Ethan and Laura being together and he thinks she is protecting him. Dante and Cruz talk about Craig still being at Robert's, and Eden tells Cruz she can get Robert out of the house. She calls him and arranges a dinner to work on a report for CC. Robert calls his "connection" to discuss how he is handling the Capwell deal and he clears the air. CC and Sophia are having dinner at the Lair, working on their plans against Barr. Cruz doesn't like using Eden as bait and tells her he is going to have her followed. Cruz switches places with Dante and dresses as a limo driver named Tony and takes Craig to a bar. Once they are there, they get arrested for trying to pick up and undercover cop. Eden shows up at the Lair with Robert and CC talks to her briefly to tell her Cruz called with a message. She tells him she is spending time with Robert to help Cruz so he can follow a lead. When Craig makes a phone call, Cruz memorizes the number and it is a Vegas number. When Craig gets back and tells Robert what happened, he knows Cruz was the limo driver. Eden has the images again of drowning and when Cruz comes home she tells him she thinks it is her.

#043(F): Michael sits at the Lair drinking some coffee, waiting for the witness to show up. Kelly goes to see Ric and tells him she knows Robert blackmailed her and wants to know what it's about. When he tells her to leave, she says she will ask Robert then. Craig and Robert are on his yacht and they talk about the "boss" and Robert is not going according to plans.. Eden and Cruz talk about her going with Robert on his yacht, and he says no way, not after she had dreams about drowning is she going on a boat with him. Michael talks with Maria, the witness, and she tells him she was Leo's lover and she explains the whole story to him, seems Michael's friend Jeff is the one who killed Leo, or so she believes, since he was taking a pay off from Leo and then he threatened to reveal it. Sophia goes to her office and finds Gina waiting there.She keeps her bogged down in books of the business to keep her out of trouble. Eden and Cruz argue about her going with Robert when Kelly come in. She offers to take Eden's place, but Eden doesn't want her to go and Cruz agrees neither of them should go. Eden finally allows Kelly to go in her place and Cruz has Dante follow Robert's yacht. Eden suggest they take a walk up the bluff and to Robert's house, but Cruz says they can't do that. He then says he has to go to his job and tells her to stay home. Michaels comes face to face with Jeff, but he insists he didn't kill Leo. Cruz sneaks in Robert's and gets caught by Craig, but Eden sneaks up behind him and hits him over the head with Ondine. As they go to leave,she stares at it and Cruz takes it from her and they leave, unaware her comb fell on the floor. Craig calls Robert and tells him what happened and he cuts the trip with Kelly short. Cruz asks Eden what is it with the statue, but she doesn't know. She tells him how Robert told her the story of Ondine, and he asks if there could be some connection between that and her dreams of drowning. Kelly comes back and tells Eden about the call Robert got about someone breaking in his house. Michael brings Jeff to talk to Cruz and he denies again killing Leo. He does tell Cruz he knows who did though. Kelly goes on a flight to Vegas and sits next to Craig. Robert comes by Eden's and shows her the comb and tells her of the break in, but she denies the comb is hers.

#044(F): Kelly sits next to Craig on the plane, as he tries to get to know her. Michael talks to Laura about Jeff killing Leo, and she doesn't think it was him. Jeff tells Cruz he will on tell Ethan what he knows. Robert asks Eden about the comb and she denies it's hers or that she was in his house without him being there. As Kelly and Craig play their cat and mouse game, she tries to pump him for information. Robert brings up the topic of mermaids again, as Cruz calls to check on her. Robert leaves and she tells Cruz about dropping her comb at his place. Eden tries to see if there is a connection with mermaids to Robert. Ethan talks to Jeff, privately. Rafael hears Eden and offers to show her a book he has on mermaids.She tells him of the visions she has had of drowning, and she is starting to get scared by them. Robert gets a call from his "boss" who said he never approved a merger with Capwell, but Robert tells him he will get him what he wants. After talking with Jeff, Ethan tells Cruz and Julia he is arresting Michael. Kelly lifts Craig's wallet and heads to the bathroom, as he calls his boss on the phone, who orders him to go to his place. Cruz request a rundown on Jeff Nugent to help Michael. He then calls the house and learns from his mother Eden is not there. Eden goes to see Robert and they have dinner.As they are drinking a glass of water she tells him of her feelings of drowning.Craig calls Robert to warn him about the boss, and he says he'll handle it. Eden then leaves as Robert takes off. Michael calls Cruz from nearby Ethan 's boat and tells him the case is going to break and get there fast. Craig finds Kelly's wallet and learns who she is. Eden talks to Dante and learns Robert is headed to Las Vegas and that Kelly is already there. She tries to reach Cruz, but ends up leaving him a message,and then calls for the plane to be ready for her. Michael catches Laura with a gun. He thinks she is trying to protect Ethan and they struggle for it and she falls and hits her head, as Cruz,Julia and Ethan come in and find Michael standing over Laura with the gun in his hand.

#044(F): Eden is in Vegas and calls Cruz, but while waiting for him to come to the phone, she spots Robert leaving, so she hangs up to follow him. Ethan is in the hospital with Laura. Michael is brought to Cruz's office after he is arrested. Kelly tries to reach Eden on the phone as Craig learns her identity in the other room.He then tricks her into coming out and they head to the casino. Michael tells Cruz what happened on the boat and it doesn't look good for him. Heather tries to convince Ethan Michael would not hurt Laura on purpose, but he insists on him paying. Eden follows Robert's car to his meeting site. Robert goes inside and Eden follows him and when she thinks she has lost him he sneaks up behind her and wants to know what she is doing there. She covers and says she wanted to see what properties he owns with this merger happening. Craig then comes in with Kelly and Robert tells him to escort them home. Robert then has his meeting with his boss, who orders him to get the company-now. Cruz learns from Dante about Robert going to Vegas and he hopes Eden didn't go there as well. Robert comes in as Eden and Kelly try to apologize, but he says there is no merger, he is taking Capwell Enterprises tomorrow.

#044(F): Michael gets a visit from his father in jail. Eden comes home and finds Cruz asleep on the couch. He asks what happened and she tells him Robert had Craig watching her and Kelly, and that he is taking the company outright. Cruz doesn't think it is possible since he had a merger agreement with them. Robert is at his house looking at Ondine when he calls his boss and tells him the take over is in motion. Kelly goes to the office and CC is there. He learns Robert is going to 65 to get the stocks. Eden shows Cruz the picture Kelly stole from Craig. She goes to get dressed when the phone rings and Cruz gets it. She hears Cruz say what is gone and knows Robert took the company. When he hangs up she asks if CC is alright but he says he didn't get a chance to ask, and he asks if she is alright. Gina comes in to gloat and Kelly tells her to get out, but not before CC almost strangles her. Sophia learns from Eden that Robert got the company. Cruz questions Nuggent again and after a few choice words are exchanged, Nuggent punches Cruz in the face. Cruz then tells him he is under arrest for hitting a police officer. CC goes to Robert's and he tells him he wants them all to stay on at the company, but CC tells him no deal and leaves. He heads back to the office where Sophia, Eden and Kelly are and Sophia tells him he had no right to turn down the offer for everyone. Eden collects some of her things from the office as CC reminisces of old times, as Robert walks in. Eden asks Robert why now when she thought they had a merger agreement and they argue. He wants her to stay on and she tells him he's insane and leaves. Robert's boss calls and he tells him it was done.

#044(F): Celeste sneaks in to see Michael and she tells him she knows he is innocent and she is going to confess. Ethan is talking with Laura when she goes unconscious. She is then prepared for surgery. Scott, who has just come out of surgery talks with Heather. She asks if he has talked to Celeste since she came back and he says it is over. Heather then defends Celeste to him. Dr Donnelly request Scott help him with Laura's surgery, and while they are operating they discuss the residency offer and the baby. Michael tells Celeste she is crazy and will not allow her to do it. Cruz goes to see Michael and fills him in on Laura's condition. Celeste is at the courthouse when Heather sees her. They agree to be there for Michael. Heather also tells her she saw Scott and he is alright but won't discuss what they said. Cruz finds Ethan in his office reading the Mitchell file. Cruz asks what he is up to, but Ethan avoids the subject, and says he is worried about Laura and thought it was the right thing to remove himself from the case.

#044(F): Ethan is sitting with Laura, thinking of what she said before she was unconscious. Renfield discusses Robert's schedule with him. Eden talks with Cruz before he leaves for work. He tells her as soon as Michael is cleared he will help her get the dirt on Robert. Eden gets a delivery of roses, and Cruz says they are not from him. She reads the card and they are from Robert. She's angry at his gesture and Cruz is upset as well. She tells Cruz she is going to return his flowers and tell him exactly what she thinks of him and his offer. She brings Robert the flowers and tells him they have nothing to talk about. CC is hanging out at his first oil rig, trying to relive his old days. Eden goes to talk to Sophia about Robert and the drowning sensations she has been having. Robert has Eden's things sent to her house, he then calls for his next step. Eden goes to the courthouse to see Cruz, and she tells him about getting the drowning sensations again,and he promises to get to the bottom of it. Cruz goes to see Robert about Eden and he tells him he wants to know what his intentions are towards Eden. He then tells him Eden has had threatening images when he is around, and he denies knowing anything. Eden is at home and goes through her things and see Robert has put the comb in there as well. She goes to sit by the hot tub, and the comb falls in the water, and she has the vision again, but this time she sees herself and Robert. Cruz comes up from behind her and asks if she is alright.

#044(F): Heather and her father are waiting for Michael to be released, when Celeste comes in to offer him a ride, not knowing they are there. Ethan talks to Laura about what she told him about Leo,and she says she shot him that night. He tells her nobody has to know what happened. Robert is standing on his balcony, looking over at Cruz and Eden's. As Eden is sitting by the hot tub, Cruz asks if she is alright, but she has a far away look, then gets up and goes inside and says yea. Cruz asks if she had the same image again,and he gets her to tell him how she was laying on the beach after someone pulled her out of the water. Celeste runs into Scott at the hospital. She tells him she was away for awhile, and she wants to talk, but he says they can't go back. She then argues with him and walks away. CC wants to restart his first oil rig. Greg is there and offers to help. Cruz tries to calm Eden down when the phone interrupts them. Ethan tells Cruz he wants the Mitchell case closed, and Cruz figures he is covering something. Michael goes to see Laura and asks if Ethan killed Leo, and she tells him he knows the truth. Eden goes to see Robert and wants to know what happened on the beach and why she doesn't remember it. He tells her it is not up to him to push her into remembering. She gets him to admit they knew each other, but he says she has to remember the feelings on her own. Cruz goes to see Laura and she tells him it was self-defense to protect Michael. Cruz tells Ethan he will close the case. Eden starts to get more flashes of Robert and her and she is confused as to why she doesn't remember. Cruz comes home and finds her standing on the balcony. He asks if she remembered anymore and she doesn't tell him what is happening.

#045(F): Gina is sitting in the Armonti office, bossing around a designer on the phone. Laura is asleep dreaming of her and Michael,when she wakes up, Ethan is sitting there. Heather sees Michael at the beach bar and they talk. Cruz finds a note from Eden saying she needed to get away for awhile. Rafael comes in and tells him he saw Eden and Robert talking earlier on the beach.Cruz says there is something not right there and it has to do with Barr. Robert is looking at an newspaper with a picture of him and Eden when Sophia comes in and asks what is his fascination with Eden is about. He tells her he is fascinated with the whole Capwell family. She tells him she will head the transition team for Armonti. Celeste brings Michael some flowers to brighten up his room. Rafael tries to tells Cruz to stay calm until Eden comes home. Craig goes to see Robert with a message from their boss, and Robert says he can come there to see him. Cruz tells Sophia about Eden's note and she tells him Barr implied Eden may be working for him. Cruz goes to talk to Barr at the gym, but he doesn't get anything out of him. When Robert drops his water bottle in the trash, Cruz has Dante take it and run a fingerprint check. Cruz goes to Robert's suite and Craig is there. The phone rings and Cruz answers it, the person thinks he is Craig and says he is on his way to Santa Barbara and Robert better get Eden out of his system.

#045(F): Sophia is talking about a dinner date for Armonti business as Gina listens in and gives her opinion. Kelly goes to the Orient Express and Ric comes up to her and they exchange a bitter conversation about his betrayal. Cruz learns there are no files with any prints on Robert, even though he was suppose to be in the military. Eden comes home from her drive to thing about things. Craig comes up to Kelly's table and tries to hit on her, but she gets up and leaves. Cruz asks Eden what she accomplished with this drive and she says she is more confused than ever. She tells him of Robert's offer, and she thinks she may turn him down. Cruz gets frustrated as the phone rings. Dante tells him he has done a run down on where Robert's yacht has been. Kelly goes to the house and Cruz asks about her day on the yacht with Robert. He then asks if there were any incidents with Eden almost drowning as a kid. Eden goes to see a doctor about the images and she suggest if Eden had a serious head injury she could have selective amnesia. Cruz and Dante are in Robert's suite planting a bug. He tells Cruz to leave before he gets caught. Eden goes through the family album and there are pictures she doesn't remember posing for. CC comes in and they talk about trips they used to take. Cruz goes to see CC and he tells him of the phone call he intercepted where the person said the real reason for the take over will be made clear. Eden is on the yacht trying to fill in the gaps in her memory when Cruz arrives and they spend some quite time alone. Dante gets caught in Robert's suite. Eden remembers a fight she had with CC when she was 17 over a man she loved.

#045(F): Craig tells Robert about the break in of his room. Kely gets ready to model for Armonti. Gina comes in with Ric, who is now her personal assistant. Ric happens to catch Kelly getting ready for her photo shoot and overs to help her. Eden tells Cruz Dante was arrested while they were on the yacht. Robert sends Eden a gold coin. Scott is standing in front of the nursery window at the hospital, admiring the babies. Heather comes up to him and they talk. Sophia blast Gina out for sending Ric where Kelly was undressing. Gina in turn blast Ric out and pretends she is upset with him. Craig tells Robert about Dante planting the bug for Cruz. Eden has flashes of the coin as Cruz checks on Dante. At his office Cruz talks with Dante when Robert comes in. He tells them the charges have been dropped. Robert then lets it be known he is aware Dante was working for Cruz. Cruz warns Robert not to mess with him. Gina and Sophia get locked together in the dark room at Armonti. Dr. Donnelly tries to play match maker for Scott and Heather. Robert goes to see Eden who has just received some flowers and she thinks he has sent them. They then talk about his job offer. Robert tries to get her to remember the coin(shown in flash backs).She remembers he was a theif. Heather has an ultrasound and sees the baby, as Scott comes in and gets a peek too. Eden wants to know what else happened but he won't tell her. Cruz walks in and Robert says he will have a contract sent to her with her terms in it. Eden tells Cruz she is going to work for Robert and he is not pleased,and they end up arguing again.

#045(F): Scott examines Laura and tells her she is well enough to go home. Celeste and Michael talk about him wanting to leave Santa Barbara. He tells her he feels like an outcast, and she thinks he is running away. Robert makes arrangements on his yacht for a special meeting. Eden goes to see Cruz at his office and tells him she was afraid he would laught at her if she told him this is the first time he left without kissing her goodbye since they were married,and he remedies that. She tries to tell him she can get information working with Robert that can help him. He gives her a notebook to keep notes in after every meeting with Robert. Dante tells Cruz someone important is to arrive at Robert's yacht. Cruz decides to go check it out for himself. Heather warns Michael Laura is looking for him. Eden meets with Robert at the O/E and they discuss seeing the rest of the water front properties. Cruz sneaks on the yacht and plants a listening device then hides. Celeste introduces herself to Dr. Donnelly and tells him about Michaels' plans. Cruz is listening and is shocked to hear Eden's voice. Celeste sees Scott and tells him about Michael's plans and ask him to talk to him about not leaving. He wants to know why it is so important to her and she tells him Michael got her out of her old life. Robert and Eden talk and she starts to remember more of the past. She goes up on deck to get some air and is surprised by Cruz. He tells her to meet him in the boiler room. She heads down there and see the tape recorder and plays it and hears her conversation with Robert, about being in love years ago.

#045(F): Michael calls Ethan to come get Laura, who went to see him. Eden erases the tape before Cruz can hear it. He then comes in and she asks what he is doing there. He thinks all the preparations were made for her arrival. Robert tries to stop his "visitor" from coming to see him while Eden is there. Scott talks to Heather about being her coach for Lamaze classes, but she refuses. Eden tells Cruz she is there for the same thing he is-business. They hear a helicopter landing and Cruz goes to check it out. The mystery guest arrives and talks with Robert as Cruz tries to see who it is. Robert insists he leave before Eden returns. He tells Robert his interest in Eden must end. Cruz goes back and tells Eden what he observed, and when he goes to play back the tape, there is nothing there. Eden says she bettte get back before Robert goes to look for her. Heather asks Michael to be her coach. Cruz tells Eden to remember he is there if she needs him. Cruz listens as Eden gets back to the stateroom. She makes up an excuse to Robert for being gone so long. She then tries to learn who the guest was, but he tries to change the subject back to them as Cruz listens. Eden gets uptight and ask to go home. Once she gets home,Cruz is right behind her. He asks how she is doing and then brings up what Robert said about memories and the island.

#045(F): Sophia and Gina are having a hard time getting used to each other at Armonti. Robert goes to talk to Anthony about not being able to meet with him earlier on the yacht. He reminds Robert he gave him his start in business. Cruz asks Eden what was it she didn't want him to hear when she was with Robert on the yacht. She says she was trying to get him to talk about the other guest, and Cruz plays the tape back for her, and says he doesn't have to look far for suspicion, she's handing it to him. She tells him she's his wife and not to treat her like a suspect. Kelly comes in and Sophia tells her the buyer, Kline, doesn't want the winter line after all, and she tells Gina she is going to get to the bottom of it. Cruz tells Eden he is only accusing her of being afraid and it has to do with Robert. Anthony tells Robert he is to have no personal involvement with any of the Capwells. Kelly snoops through Ric's and finds the pictures there that were sent to the buyer. Cruz goes to see CC and Sophia is there. Robert finds Eden sitting on the beach and they talk. Cruz tells them Eden knew Robert a long time ago, and he won't let her talk about it. Cruz goes on to mention the drowning feeling she has had and CC gets a weird look on his face. He tells them about his and Eden's talk and about them going to different islands when the kids were younger. He goes on to mention the accident she had and the doctor said she may have some loss of memory and Sophia says that may explain the feeling of drowning she is having. Eden remembers stealing Ondine with Robert. Cruz talks with his father about not being able to help Eden. Sophia tells Gina she is on to her, and she approaches some of her dresses with a pair of scissors and starts to cut them up. Kelly goes to Ric's to "patch" things up with him, and he is skeptical. When he denies being involved with what happened with Gina, she lets' him know she is on to him. Cruz breaks in Roberts' office and looks through some files, then stares at the Ondine statue.

#046(F): Michael is straightening out a little boy who spray painted graffiti on the church walls. Ethan comes in with someone who wants to buy the property. Robert goes to his office and knows someone was there and notices Ondine is gone. Eden comes down and hands Cruz a black shirt she found upstairs and asks when he got home, but he says he can't talk about it, similar to the way she has been acting with him. She then leaves for work and he takes the Ondine statue out. Gina walks in the office as Sophia is dictating a letter to Robert about Gina not working out there. Cruz is looking through a book, trying to learn about Ondine, when his father comes in and he tells him this is the key between what happened with Eden and Robert. Eden is at the office and Robert asks how much of their past did she tell Cruz and she says she didn't tell him anything yet because she is still trying to figure it out herself. He then tells her Cruz stole Ondine, and he calls Cruz at the office to report a robbery. Cruz goes there to investigate and Eden is there. After she leaves, Robert tells Cruz to stop playing games with him. When Cruz leaves Robert has Craig follow him, and to let him know if he comes close to figuring out Ondine. Rafael takes Cruz to an art "dealer" he knows. He fills Cruz on on the background of Ondine, how it was stolen from a museum on an island named La Siernas. Eden is back at the house searching when Cruz comes in and holds up the Ondine statue and asks if that is what she is looking for. Craig tells Robert what Cruz has learned, and he tells Craig to get a flight to Siernas before Cruz does. Eden is shocked by Cruz stealing Ondine. He says they need to worry about them. She tells him she is not trying to hide anything and they argue and he drops Ondine and it breaks,then he says only they can do that.

#046(F):Ethan and Laura talk with Jerry Calhoun about a project Michael is working on, where he wants to turn the old church into a community center. CC goes to see Sophia at Armonti and she tells him off about the way he is acting towards the others that stayed on. As Eden cleans the broken pieces of Ondine, she and Cruz continue to argue. He then says to finish this up, he'll have to investigate her too. She tells him Robert isn't a threat to them. When Rafael comes in, she walks out. He tells Cruz he has his tickets to Siernas. As Cruz goes to pick up the base of the statue, he finds a key in there and wonders what it is for. Emily goes to see Celeste at her new job as a waitress. They talk about her getting a part time job at the country club. CC goes to his old office and Eden nearly bites his head off, convinced he is behind the things Cruz has been doing lately. He tells Eden she is protecting Robert from her husband now. Eden goes home and finds a message from Cruz on the answering machine that he needed to go away for a few days. Against his wishes, Rafael has followed Cruz to Siernas. Cruz calls Eden to let her know he feels bad about how they left things, but this trip was planned before their argument. He won't tell her where he is when she asks how to reach him. Cruz asks the cab driver about Ondine and learns there was a casino that had a statue like that and he heads there. Eden tries to find out where Cruz is and learns he is on an island, but she can't remember the name of the island. Craig is following Cruz around and has the cops come and arrest him at the casino.

#046(F): Kelly comes to get Eden to go to the casino at the country club for the fund raiser. Eden finally agrees to go with her and Kelly goes to pick out an outfit for her to wear. Craig calls Robert and tells him Cruz and Rafael were arrested. Robert says he wants them on the next flight out of there. Cruz tries to bribe the cop to let him out, but he doesn't budge. Celeste goes to the fund raiser with Michael where she sees Scott and they share an uncomfortable encounter. Robert comes to see if Eden found the Ondine statue, when Kelly comes down to show her the dress she picked out for her to wear. As Rafael picks the lock on the cell, Cruz kicks it and it opens, but the guard comes back and tells them they are leaving on the next flight out of there. Cruz is able to sneak out and he goes back to the casino, where he meets a young woman named Louisa. When he shows her Eden's picture she remembers La rubia, the blonde. She tells him how she used to go there to watch the men play cards. Robert talks to Eden at the fund raiser, as they are sitting at a gambling table. Gina runs into a high school friend of hers, Laura. Cruz goes to the house Eden stayed at and sees the wall she painted her name on "Eden is here to stay" Scott tells Heather he is dropping the case and he hopes she won't shut him out. Eden is standing at a poker table as she starts to remember her and Robert cheating the players at cards, and she remembers the wall with her name on it.

#046(F): Gina is in the ladies room with a drunken Laura. When she can't get her up, she goes to get Ethan. Eden tells Robert she remembers the wall and he asks what else she remembers so he can help her. Cruz looks at the wall and intends to find out who owns the place. Eden keeps pressing Robert for the name of the island, but he says she needs to remember on her own. Cruz heads to the courthouse and finds the records and learns Barr industries owns the whole island. Gina brings Ethan to the ladies room to get Laura out. Cruz sneaks back in jail before the guard gets back. Gina helps Ethan get Laura home and she tells him of their connection. Heather and Scott talk about his change of heart and he tells her after seeing the sonogram he changed his mind. When Robert tries to remind Eden of another event that occurred on the island, he goes to kiss her and she slaps him across the face. Cruz comes on the balcony just to see Eden slap him and he asks him what's going on and Eden tells Robert to leave. Cruz then turns and stares at Eden. She tells Cruz Robert questioned her feelings for Cruz, and she slapped him. She asks where he was and he tells her, and also tells her he knows she was there. He then questions her on her feelings for Robert then and now.

#046(F): Ethan is looking at the newspaper, with a picture of Laura and Michael at the fund rasier. Laura then gets up with a hang over. Robert gives Craig the keys to a BMW for his help with the Siernas matter. Cruz wakes up on the couch when Rafael comes in. Cruz tells him Eden didn't come back home after they talked at the party she came back home and gave his mother a ride home and that was it. Eden is on CC's yacht thinking of all the things she has remembered so far. Kelly comes to see her and gives her some change of clothes. She tells Kelly she didn't go home because she was afraid Cruz would ask her to leave. She then hands her a letter to deliver to Robert that she is resigning. Gina goes to visit Laura and takes her to lunch. Robert finds Eden on the yacht and she tells him she doesn't love him, only Cruz. He begs her not to give quit remembering when she is on the verge to remembering it all. She tells him she remembers breaking up when he found out who she was and she says she is going to tell Cruz everything. Cruz goes to see CC and they talk about that last summer and how Eden was a handful for him and how she became involved with a local guy and how she said he was the love of her life and she wanted to marry him. Cruz then starts to wonder if this could be Robert. Eden sees Rafael when she comes home and he tells her he is not there to judge her. Eden is standing near the balcony when Cruz comes back home. She tells him she was on the yacht because she didn't know what to tell him. He knows it's because she can't remember everything. She tells Cruz she handed in her letter of resignation. Cruz tells her she can say anything to him, and there is nothing he would not do to keep her. She admits she loved, but that is was not important, but Cruz tells her love in never unimportant, and he wants her to tell him the rest.

#046(F): A mysterious man goes to Gina's house and heads right in and makes himself at home. Gina is at Armonti causing more problems for Sophia. Robert and Craig discuss Cruz's visit to Siernas. Cruz and Eden finally talk about her and Robert. She asks about the island and he tells her everyone remembers la rubia. He then mentions seeing the wall and tells her once she tells him it will belong to both of them and they can put it in the past where it belongs. Gina's houseguest turns out to be her brother Mack. Scott goes to see Julia to drop the custody suit. Eden tells Cruz what she remembers, starting with the fact she stole Ondine. She then tells him they broke up because she didn't tell him she was a Capwell, since Robert hated rich people. Cruz then tells her he is going to pay Robert a visit. Robert calls Eden and tells her she didn't remember it all yet. She tells him she told Cruz everything and hangs up. Robert calls to get his jet ready. Eden remembers someone on the yacht named Raul and that Robert and him were fighting after they had broken up.She then realizes that wasn't the end. Eden heads to the yacht to try and remember more. Cruz goes to see Robert as he is packing his bags. Cruz lets him know he knows about his and Eden's past, but he wants Robert to know he is on to him and he leaves. Eden is waiting for Cruz outside the office and she tells him what else she remembered and needs to ask Robert about it. He tells her if there is something to find out, they will find out together. Cruz then tells Eden they are going to Siernas.

#047(F): Ethan tells Mack the car he was driving was reported stolen, and he refuses to talk to him without a lawyer. Gina comes in and asks to speak to Mack and Brandon. She tells them not to reveal Mack is her brother. Emily nervously waits for Greg to pick her up, when he calls from the limo. Craig tells Robert he was unable to find out where Cruz and Eden went. Eden gets nervous as the plane gets close to the island. Cruz tries to calm her down and lets her know he brought them a change of clothing so they will blend right in with the natives. Cruz takes Eden to the casino and she remembers being there. Louisa comes in and Eden talks to her about the night Robert was beaten up by some guys at the tavern. Cruz goes there to check it out and tells her to stay there. Gina works on getting Mack out of jail, after Yvonne, the woman who owns the car denies knowing Mack. Eden remembers Robert's real name was Robert Peresi and she heads to the tavern to tell Cruz. While Cruz is there trying to see what he can learn the cops see him there and tell him he made a mistake coming back. Greg takes Emily to the country club for dinner. They later go to CC's yacht and make love for the first time.While Cruz is being detained Eden sneaks in and is able to overpower a big guy there with a bottle over his head. Cruz comes out and hits the cop as she tells him Robert's real name. Robert asks Kelly to work for him, now that Eden has turned him down, and he tricks her into telling him where Cruz and Eden are. Cruz takes Eden to the house she stayed at with Robert. As she walks around she gets more memories and she sees a window pane with holes in it and calls for Cruz to come back in. Eden remembers someone shooting at them and trying to kill them.

#047(F): Ethan comes back from a run and Gina calls to thank him for helping Mack. Robert and Craig are at the casino on Siernas. He then talks to Louisa and she knows he is there about la rubia. Cruz wakes up and Eden is gone. She went back to the house to see what else she could remember. Heather and Laura talk about the community center,when Celeste walks in on them arguing about Michael. Cruz finds Eden and they talk and he tells her Robert is holding something over her head and they need to figure out what that is. She remembers Robert being sick after he was shoot and he saw a doctor from a clinic there, so they head there to check on the records for Robert Peresi. Eden is pretending to be sick so Cruz can get in the files,which he does and he learns they were transferred to a prison on another island nearby. Eden has no idea of this occurrence, since she was already back in school by then. He tells her he is going to check and to stay there. Scott is at the community center playing ping-pong with one of the kids there and Heather sees him and tells him it is transparent what he is doing and they argue again. Celeste comes in on the tail end of it and leaves. Eden heads to the beach and Robert comes up behind her. Cruz goes to the prison and talks the warden into letting him go undercover to talk to some of the prisoners there. Craig comes in and tells the warden Cruz is not who he claims to be.

#047(F): Greg calls Emily and they make another date. Craig tells the warden to call interpole to confirm his story. Cruz is put in jail with someone who knew Robert Peresi. Eden returns to the house and Robert follows telling her he wants to help her and he shows her a ring he gave her. She asks if they were married and he says no,and when they didn't get married his life went in a different direction. Craig come to tell Robert secretly Cruz is in jail digging up dirt on him. He tells him he has him detained to buy his some time. Celeste and Emily talk and she realizes Greg and her relationship has progressed. Cruz tries to learn about Peresi, but the other deny knowing him. When Cruz tries to break up a fight he is hit by a guard and knocked out. Eden argues with Robert about the need to remember, and she tells him when Cruz comes back,she'll forget him again. The doctor examines Cruz and warns him not to get a knock like that again, it could be fatal. He tells the doctor he needs to see the warden. Eden goes back to the clinic looking for Cruz and Robert comes in and she asks what he did to Cruz. He denies doing anything, and tells her she didn't remember anything yet. Cruz goes to see the warden and he tells him he can't leave, now that he knows interpole has a warrant for his arrest.

#047(F): Gina learns Mack got an interview for a job at the health club, which means he may be staying for awhile. Laura plans a romantic dinner for her and Ethan. Kelly meets with CC at the O/E and tells him about going to work for Robert, since Eden resigned, it's up to her to catch him. Eden watches as a storm hits, and she's worried something has happened to Cruz. Robert tries to get her to remember the night of a storm 10 years ago, but she tells him she doesn't want to remember. She finally recalls a party on CC's yacht and how she argued with him an he called Raul to watch her. She then runs out in the storm as Robert chases after her. Kelly meets Julia at the health club and they discuss business. Laura's romantic night is a bust. Kelly hires Mack to work at the club. CC goes there and Julia tells Kelly he knows where Mason is but won't tell her. He insists Mason is working on Barr's takeover and needs to remain in seclusion. Eden trades her wedding ring for a boat to find Cruz. Robert learns what she has done and finds her and they argue and the boat takes off. They are then hit by a tidal wave.

#047(F): Brandon and Mack try to have some fun with Gina,who is becoming a bore since working at Armonti. Cruz tries to explain to the warden the mistake made with interpole, by telling him that was part of a cover for a case he was on. When Cruz mentions Siernas and that Eden is there, the warden tells him of the typhoon that hit there. Cruz demands he be released, but instead he is taken back to jail. Robert is taking care of Eden after their boat crashed. She thinks he is Cruz as she is in and out with a fever. CC meets with Rafael and tells him of Cruz and Eden going to Siernas. Robert tells Eden they washed up on a small island, but when she looks at him she sees Cruz. Cruz's cellmate learns he is a cop, and he tells him he won't learn nothing now about Peresi. Cruz talks a mean cover,but the others don't buy it. Rafael tricks Renfield into telling him Robert is down Siernas as well. Rafael and CC head there to help Cruz and Eden. As Robert is trying to fix the radio, Eden, who is sick with a high fever, throws the radio in the water, as she remembers being with him and calls out for Bobby to hold her. Meanwhile,Cruz is knifed in jail.

#047(F): Michael goes to the bar where Celeste is working and tells her he will take the room above. Rafael and CC arrive at the clinic at Siernas to see if Cruz and Eden's names are on the list of victims. A cop there tells him he saw Cruz before the storm hit, but not after that. Eden thinks it's 10 years ago and she is with Bobby again. Celeste sets Michael up with her friend Greta. Robert tries to take care of Eden by telling her she needs to get better and he is not mad at her for throwing the radio in the water. He tells her he found a drier and warmer place for them to stay in until they are found. Michael and Greta get acquainted after Celeste tells them they have something in common, they are a ex-priest and ex-nun.. Kelly tries to pump Craig for some information on Robert, but he won't share anything. CC and Rafael talk to a nun at the clinic about Cruz and Eden and she gives him Eden's ring. They talk to the guy Eden gave it to for his boat and he tells them she went to look for her husband.They then go to look for them. Robert makes a fire to keep Eden warm.She tells him she was dreaming of a big house and kids, then asks him to make love to her.

#048(F): Bunny sees Heather at the Lair and tells her she is going to have a boy. Michael tells her he needs to cancel the Lamaze class, but he has a fill in, Scott. Julia calls Sophia and tells her Mason called looking for CC, and it has to do with Barr. Rafael tells CC they spotted some wreckage from a boat. Eden wakes up and her fever has broken, and Robert tells her where they are. She remembers them kissing and asks if they made love. Robert tells her nothing happened no matter what she thinks. Heather has a pain, and they figure she is in labor and head to the hospital where it is confirmed she is. Sophia meets Julia at the Lair and they talk about Mason. Eden goes back to the cave they were at and tries to figure out if Robert is telling her the truth that nothing happened. CC and Rafael find Robert in the shack and he tells them where Eden is. Rafael demands to know where Cruz is. CC finds Eden and they head out to find Cruz. Scott is with Heather in the delivery room as she has a boy. Julia, Sophia and Bunny head to Las Vegas. Eden is on the yacht thinking of Cruz. CC brings up that last time they were there 10 years ago. Scott tells Michael they are naming the baby after him.

#048(F): Sophia and Bunny worry about where Julia is when she doesn't come back after they look around. Craig finds Julia looking at some monitors and she plays dumb. Cruz is in the jail hospital with the doctor after he is stabbed. He explains to her he is a cop working undercover and how he is worried about Eden. Eden is waiting and worrying about Cruz. CC gives Eden her wedding band back. Kelly is at C/E working when Ric shows up and tries to find out what is going on. CC and Eden talk about her and Robert. He then learns about Mason's call and Julia and Sophia being in Vegas and he heads back home. Cruz argues again with the warden about being there. The doctor tells him Eden's name is not on any list. Eden and Rafael get to the jail and talk to the warden. He tells them Cruz is being held there on a warrant from interpole. Eden demands to see Cruz, and the warden tells her he is in the infirmary and he will see if the doctor will allow it. Dr. Chen believes Cruz and helps him escape as Eden waits to see him the alarms go off.

#048(F):Bunny is in his hotel room and it appears he is shot. Julia calls and the shooter picks up the phone then hangs it up. CC goes to see Julia and she tells him Tonell is Barr's partner. Craig tells Tonell who Julia and Sophia really are. He tells him to get the disk back that Julia stole. Eden asks the warden what is going on and he tells her Cruz has escaped. Cruz climbs out of the laundry cart and gets away.Eden learns Dr. Chen helped Cruz escape. Eden goes back to the yacht and tells the captain to sound the horn as a signal to Cruz. The warden comes to the yacht to search for Cruz. After he leaves, Rafael wants to set sail, but Eden insists they stay put. Cruz then comes in soaking wet. He tells them he hide on the anchor chain when he saw the cops coming. Eden remembers Raul when Cruz mentions his name. She tells him about the boat she got to go find him and how she was with Robert, who followed her and helped her during the storm. She tells him she was sick and doesn't remember a lot. She tells him she's glad he is okay and they make love.

#048(F): Julia tells Sophia about her house being trashed by Tonell's men looking for the disk, and she needs to return that disk to him, but Sophia tells her CC has left with it to try and find Mason and the password. Eden gets a visit from the police on the yacht. They tell her they are there to arrest Cruz. Craig tells Tonell Cruz has not been caught yet as Robert walks in and asks what's going on. Robert refuses to allow Craig to eliminate Cruz as Tonell ordered him to do. Sophia goes to the Lair to try and find Bunny. Tonell calls Julia and tells her he is at the Capwell hotel and wants to see her. Eden tells Rafael how Cruz spoted the cops and took off with the scuba gear. Robert comes to see Eden and wants to know where Cruz is to help him, but she won't tell him anything, despite him insisting he is trying to save his life. To prove his gesture, Robert calls the police and has the search called off, but she still doesn't trust him. Robert learns Craig has spotted Cruz at the old casino and he heads there to stop him.

#048(F): Gina is at the Lair learning Bunny may be dead. Ethan says to let him check it out with his connections first. Julia and Sophia read the newspaper and think that Bunny was killed. Cruz hides in the casino with Louisa. He asks her about Raul and she tells him he is dead, but she tells him where to find his father. Michael and Greta go to the Lair on a date. Ethan calls Gina and tells her it appears the rumors may be true. Eden goes to the police to help her find Cruz. Louisa tells Eden where Cruz is and that she heard a gun go off. Robert runs in and tackles Craig as he tries to shot Cruz. Robert and him argue and Craig runs out after Cruz. Eden and Rafael come looking for Cruz and he says he is not there. Cruz goes to see Raul's father and learns the story of him and Robert. Julia learns the witness to Bunny's "shooting" has described her. Eden catches up with Cruz and she tells him Robert had the police called off, but he tells her Robert and Craig have been taking shots at him. He tells her to go back to the yacht. Robert catches up to Cruz and claims he didn't hire Craig to go after him. They then argue about him killing Raul. Craig comes in with a gun and Robert stands in front of Cruz.

#048(F): Julia tells Sophia about the fake file of evidence Tonell has on her. Tonell blackmails a cop into doing his dirty work with Julia. Eden meets with Raul's father as she tries to find Cruz. Craig and Robert argue and he tells him they don't know the whole story yet and only one person can tell them and Cruz says who Eden. Mack is having an adventure in babysitting with Samantha. Cruz tells Robert he isn't buying this act with him and Craig. Robert tells Craig to take Cruz back to Santa Barbara and hide him in the hills until he can get to the truth. Craig gives him one week.Eden and Rafael come to find Cruz at the bar and Robert denies knowing where he is. They hear a noise and Rafael goes to check as Eden pulls a gun on Robert. They argue, but after he talks to her, she lowers thegun. Rafael catches Craig at the airport hanger and they struggle and Rafael gets shot. Eden finds him and he tells her Cruz is on a plane, but she's too late to stop it. The doctor tells Eden Rafael needs surgery, and she arranges to take him home. Robert comes in and she asks where he is taking Cruz and he assures her Cruz will be fine.

#049(F): Julia is hiding out at Mack's after she is wanted for murder. Tonell puts pressure on the cop from Vegas to find Julia.Robert calls Tonell and tells him Cruz is dead. Eden goes to see Rafael and Scott says he's doing well. Eden then debates with him about whether or not to go to the police about Robert holding Cruz. Craig tells Robert Rafael was shot by accident and they discuss him watching Cruz and not to let him escape. Eden and Rafael agree to tell everyone Cruz is working on a case. Scott goes to see Heather with flowers and offers to take her and the baby home. Mack comes in the health club and Kelly introduces him to Eden. They ask him if he saw Julia and he makes a comment that lets them know she is okay. Eden finds Julia at Mack's and they talk about Cruz being held by Robert and her sistuation with Tonell. Scott holds baby Michael and he and Heather discuss being new parents. Eden goes to see Tonell as Robert is there and she tells him she knew he had a partner, now they know for sure. She tells Tonell she's there to stike a deal with him-the disk for the charges dropped against Julia and Cruz returned to her safely. He plays dumb with her and she tells him she has what he wants and vice versa, and she'll wait to hear from him. Robert proves to Eden Cruz is alive by calling and having him put on the phone. He tells her if she wants to be sure he stays alive, remember what happened the night Raul died.

#049(F): Sophia and Kelly talk about the newspaper article about Julia. Julia calls Sophia to see if CC or Mason have called yet. Gina tries to turn Julia in, but Mack stops her. Eden is with Robert on the yacht. He wants her to try and remember what happened, and she tells him to let Cruz go and she'll get him to drop the case, but he says he can't do that. Eden remembers a storm and Robert coming back and fighting with Raul and she thinks he killed him then. Mack helps Julia hide out as a homeless person. Robert and Eden argue and he tells her there is more to remember. She wants to know why it is so important to remember who killed Raul and he tells her this is pointless and to go home. The Vegas cop runs into Julia but doesn�t know it's her with the disguise she is wearing. Eden looks at the photo album and gets an idea. She tells Sophia if she can't remember her past she'll make one up as she goes along. She doesn't think it will work, and Eden tells her she will do whatever it takes to save Cruz. Eden calls Robert and sets her plan in motion. Julia is with Sophia at the house, planning her get away, but she is caught by the cops and taken to jail. Eden goes to Robert's and says she's ready to go back, Bobby.

#049(F): The Vegas cop wants Julia's extradition hearing to be held at the night court session, but she insists she has no attorney there yet to represent her. Ethan agrees with her and he won't be bullied he tells the cop. Mack goes to see Sophia to help with Samantha and she goes on about Gina turning in Julia. She then gets a call the Capwell jet was sent to Palm springs which means CC is coming back. Robert notices Eden cut her hair in bangs and she says she was trying to be herself. The cop talks to Julia and she realizes he is working for Tonell. Robert doesn�t know what to make of Eden's change of heart. She plays it coy, not to arouse him any further. He asks to meet her later at CC's yacht. Sophia goes to see Julia and tells her about the jet. While Eden is on the yacht she tries to fix her hair to look as much as it did then. Eden and Robert are dancing and she tells him that is not what they are there for. They try to go over what happened that night on the yacht. She tells him when she got home she started thinking about Raul and she tries to get him to help her remember. Sophia calls and tells her there was an accident and she heads home. When she gets there she learns the Capwell jet went down with Mason in it.

#049(F): During Julia's hearing, a charred and ruffled Mason comes in and says he can clear up the misunderstanding. After questioning Julia, Mason calls Bunny in, who is dressed in drag. The judge then dismisses the charges against Julia. Eden and Kelly are glad Mason is alright but they blast him out for not sharing with them. After Kelly leaves, Mason fills in Eden on his adventures and she then questions him about a party on CC's yacht 10 years ago in Siernas. Eden tells Sophia Robert saw right through her plan, so she decides to talk to Jerry Calhoun, who was on the yacht that night. Mason goes to see Tonell and tells him to stay away from his family, and he gives him back his disk. At Julia's house, Mack knocks Mason out, not knowing who he is and Julia comes in and introduces them. Jerry doesn't help Eden the way she thought he could. Rafael calls Eden and she asks if he found out why Robert is holding Cruz. Mason goes all out to make up to Julia for not being there.

#049(F): Mason tries to charm over Julia, then he tells her he needs to leave for a bit. Rafael comes back and he and Eden discuss what he learned from Raul's father. Cruz is with Craig, being held in a barn outside of town. They talk about the going ons and Robert comes in with some supplies for them. Cruz tells Robert he regrets not taking care of him when he had the chance. Craig tries to get them to work out a deal,but neither one of them will budge. Eden calls Robert and asks to meet with him at the yacht. She tells Rafael and Ric she will keep Robert away so they can plan a bug on his phone. Cruz plays cards with Craig and gets him drunk and is able to escape. Robert asks Eden about her dream and she makes it up as they go along. When she can't remember anymore, he offers to take her home and she asks to go to his place. When they get to his house he pours her a drink and the phone rings, but he doesn't answer it. Ric and Rafael are checking on the phone device they planted. The phone rings again and it is Craig to tell him Cruz got away. Robert tells Eden he needs to take care of something and leaves and she follows him,and gets caught by Craig. She tells him she just pretended to remember, but Robert insists she is going to remember and takes her out. Cruz gets free and goes to the house where he learns what is going on. He tells Rafael and Ric he'll get her back himself and takes off.

#049(F): Heather is in Chicago, where Scott happens to be and sees her. He talks to her about the baby being with a sitter while she goes on a job interview. He then hails them a handsome cab for a stroll down the street. Cruz is still looking for Eden and Robert and Sophia is with him at the house trying to help. She tells him she doesn't think Robert will hurt Eden. Eden tries to get the radio to work on the yacht and Robert insist she needs to remember what happened because she isn't leaving until she does. Sophia tells Cruz of Eden's plan to pretend she was remembering what happened on the yacht, and Cruz figures out that is where they are. Mason comes over to help Cruz and they go in a helicopter to search. Robert tells Eden she is playing with his life and to remember the party and he drags her to the state room,but she refuses to go inside. Heather and Scott talk about the possibility of her moving there and he asks to see the baby. Eden remembers Raul laying on the floor and she runs out and locks Robert in the room. Cruz comes back home and his father has dropped off a coast guard radio for him to use. Cruz hears Eden call for help and he tries to track the call with the coast guard, but they both lose the signal when Robert gets out and grabs the radio from Eden. Robert makes her go back to the room again and they struggle and a bottle falls off a table and she remembers Raul touching her and she pushed him away and he fell. She tells Robert she killed Raul.

#050(F): Gina tries to persuade Mack not to show Brandon anymore old family movies of them as kids. Cruz and Mason are at the coast guards office trying to locate the yacht. Cruz thinks Eden may have witnessed Robert kill Raul and now she is in trouble. Eden tells Robert she remembers pushing Raul and he fell and she killed him. He tries to keep her calm by saying it was an accident and she went and found him. He tells her what happened after he took Raul off the boat and was caught. Scott and Heather go on a sight seeing tour of Chicago( location scenes). Eden realizes Robert went to prison for her. He tells her how he escaped and got to her house and how she looked right through him, and that's when he set out to be Robert Barr. She tells him she has to tell Cruz the truth that she killed Raul. Scott tells Heather if she moves there, he may relocate there as well, that's when the sight seeing ends. Cruz and Mason talk about him knowing about Eden and he didn't stop her cause he wanted to see his father upset. Robert doesn�t want Eden to tell Cruz, but she insists and they head back home. Julia learns Mack is Gina's brother. Eden gets to the coast guard office, looking for Cruz and Mason is there and takes her home. Robert is talking to Eden on the phone when Cruz comes in and takes the phone from him and tells him he is arresting him. Robert tells him to talk to Eden first,as she comes in the door and tells Cruz she killed Raul and she can prove it to him. They go back to the yacht and she tells Cruz what happened and he is not sure she remembered this on her own or Robert planted the idea. Robert and Cruz argue and Cruz handcuffs him to a rail outside the door so he and Eden can talk. They end up arguing about what is going on and Cruz asks if she's still in love with Robert.

P>#050(F): Mack is with Kelly at the healthclub talking about the storm outside. Robert is on the yacht walking around. Julia gets home to find Mason all dressed up ready to attend the party on the yacht. Tonell and Craig come on the yacht to talk to Robert and he tells them this is not the place or time. Tonell tells Robert he has become a liability to him. CC returns from his trip and startles Sophia in the dark. Cruz comes in and tells CC he is required to be at the party to solve a murder, and if he doesn't show up he will take it to mean he has something to hide. Cruz shows up on the yacht and goes over the setting with Robert. He gives Robert a "friendly" warning if he goes near Eden again after this it will be the last thing he does. As everyone gathers, Cruz tells them the reason they are there. He asks each of them to recount their actions of that night 10 years ago, since one of them is the killer. Jerry tries to lighten the mood by joking around. Kelly remembers CC yelling at Raul that night. She then remembers hearing Eden yelling at someone like she was afraid,then she saw her leave her room and somone entered after that, but she didn't see the persons face. Cruz tells her to think hard and try to remember, since that was the killer as the lights go off.

#050(F): Cruz tells everyone to stay put as Mason lights a candle. Kelly seems to be missing. Robert, then Cruz goes to search for her. He tells Robert someone ducked in a stateroom but the window is open and nobody is there. CC learns someone pulled the breaker for the lights. Kelly comes in and says someone pushed her in the hall. Jerry comes back and says someone smacked him and threw him out the door as well. Cruz, Robert and Rafael find Eden hiding. Cruz yells at her for being there. She says maybe she just remembered something and that's why she is there. She goes back with the others and claims that night to have seen a shadow figure and the light reflected a pair of hands. As she looks at their hands one by one, she acts like she has remembered the real killer and faints as Cruz carries her to a stateroom. Once he gets her there and lays her on the bed he tells her that was the lamest stunt she has ever pulled. She tells him she thinks it will work, and he thinks she has lost her mind. Robert comes to check on her and Cruz tells him to go back and watch the others, as someone cuts the engines and the radio. Cruz then tells his father to take Eden with him to the boiler room as he sets out to catch the killer. Robert and Cruz are locked in the room as CC comes by and lets them out. Rafael tells Cruz Eden slipped away when the lights went out. Eden is hiding when the killer approaches her with a gun.

#050(F): Michael is working at the community center when Greta comes in. He asks her to teach a class there and she agrees to help out. Everyone is looking for Eden when Cruz and Robert come in. They realize Jerry is not there, as Eden is hiding Jerry approaches her and grabs her and says they need to talk. Cruz bends down to pick up something and Robert comes out there and he almost shots him. Robert picks up something that belongs to Eden and they know Jerry has Eden with him. Mason defends Jerry and can't believe it is him. Jerry brings Eden to the boiler room and she tries to talk him into giving himself up. He tells her Raul was blackmailing him and that's why he had to kill him. She tells him how Robert went to jail for five years for him. He tries to bargain with her to keep quite, but then he says he can't let anyone stand in his way-not even her. She tells him she won't say anything since they are friends. As he tries to shot her, Robert breaks in and a shot goes off and Jerry gets away as Robert goes after him. Cruz hears the shot and finds Eden, who is fine. He then finds Robert choking Jerry on the deck. He goes to arrest Jerry but he jumps in the water. Robert goes back to check on Eden and they share a tender goodbye as Cruz walks in, he leaves. CC tells Mason they found Jerry's body, and CC wants to keep it out of the newspapers. Cruz and Eden are at home when CC calls and tries to get Cruz to downplay the events in his report, but Cruz tells him he can't do that. Cruz then asks Eden what Robert said when he walked in and she tells him they were saying goodbye. He wonders if it is really over.She tells Cruz she loves him and he taught her about being a real human being and how to care for someone other than herself.

#50(F): Mason awakens to find Julia leaving for the office. Tonell reads about Jerry in the paper. Cruz comes down to find Eden standing near the terells him she's decided to quit her job and spend more time with him and the kids. Robert sits in his office and stares at the ring he gave Eden years ago, as Renfield comes in and tells him she was worried about him. As Cruz leaves for work,Kelly comes over and she and Eden talk about Robert and what has happened. Scott babysits baby Michael so Heather can go on a follow up interview. Julia goes to see Cruz and they talk about what happened on the yacht. He talks about Robert and Eden and how they would have been together if that accident didn't happen. Julia tries to reassure him they were brought together because they were meant to be. CC goes to see Eden after the newspaper article on her and Robert. A reporter goes to the house and asks about Robert's plans to move the company to Las Vegas. CC is furious and Eden tells him Robert owns the company now and maybe it's for the best he is out of all their lives. Robert goes to Cruz's office where the charges are dismissed. He walks by Eden as he is leaving and she is entering with a picnic basket. Heather finds Scott with Michael in the park and tells him she didn't get the job. He tells Heather he would like another chance with her, but all she is willing to do is allow him to see the baby whenever he wants. Cruz shows Eden he was granted time off and he plans to take her and the kids to the cabin CC owns. Kelly talks to Robert about moving the company. Robert tells Renfield to sell his house and everything in it. As Eden is packing for the cabin, she receives some flowers, but they are from CC and not Robert like Cruz thought. Robert packs the last of his things and throws the ring in the garbage.
